Dear readers, we greet you with love and light.
Although it doesn't look that way, increasingly more outgrown and low resonating energies now present on earth are beginning to transmute to a higher resonance, one that flows in and on streams of love. All is proceeding according to plan.
It is important to have attained a consciousness of spiritual trust. "Do I really believe that One omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscient Source/ Consciousness/God is all there is? If so, could anything exist outside of IT? Where could anything unlike IT come from if IT is omnipresent?" Omnipresence automatically eliminates there being any reality to duality and separation. Bring this knowledge into every facet of your life where it can then grow, expand, and eventually become your state of consciousness where trust is automatic.
It is tempting even for the very evolved to slip into fears that arise from outer appearances but never doubt that the Divine Plan is solidly in place. You the awakened ones, are today's spiritual warriors simply because you carry the Light of truth in consciousness. Because there is only one, the higher resonating energy that you secretly and silently carry with you acts to lift and assist others to recognize how much of what has been accepted as normal, is in reality false, cruel, and unnecessary.
Life is difficult for most at this time. People are tired and want things to be normal. Try to think of present times as a pause rather than a problem. A pause that was necessary in order to stop the three dimensional merry-go-round that so many have been living on in the belief that it was normal. The "pause" has allowed many to step back and re-evaluate their beliefs and life choices.
This "pause" in normal activity has forced many to courageously make changes that align more closely with their awakening state of awareness. Rather than continuing to plug along with choices made from a previous and less aware state of consciousness, the break from habit and routine is helping many to examine themselves more honestly, a process that would have taken much longer without the "pause".
As higher frequencies of Light flow to and integrate on earth more will come. There is only ONE energy, and IT is omnipresent, but after it became conditioned with the false belief in two powers, it began expressing as duality and separation. These false interpretations have no law to sustain or maintain them for they are not real.
Spiritual evolution is the gradual elimination of that which is false and dense through the presence of high dimensional, real frequencies in global and personal consciousness.
As higher frequency energy integrates into the cells of your physical body and displaces the heavier energy that humans have become used to, you may feel ill, tired, and/or emotional. Allow the process. These high resonating energies are clearing and replacing energies in cellular memory that you may have carried for eons. Your body doesn't always understand what is happening and reacts in the ways it is familiar with.
You have been preparing for this through lifetimes and have reached a readiness to move beyond that which is finished. This may cause you to feel different from the you that you were as well as confused about many things. Activities, interests, people, food, and beliefs that were once an integral part of your life simply no longer resonate with your new state of consciousness and can leave you feeling sad and longing for what once was. Remember--nothing real ever disappears into nothingness but rather only changes form. You will once again experience those things that represent your completeness, but in new ways.
The presence of high resonating energy will activate the deeply buried negative emotions, beliefs, and fear filled experiences that you have consciously or unconsciously kept buried within throughout many lifetimes. Higher Light frequencies act to expose these "hidden places" simply because reality will always override the false--energies formed from concepts and beliefs based in two powers that have no law to support them.
This is what is behind the violence and destructive behavior you are witnessing at this time. It is the effect of the presence of increasingly more light (reality) on earth as it moves toward becoming a higher dimensional planet. Just as with people, earth was never meant to remain three dimensional and everything now taking place is part of earth's ascension process.
Feel into the energy that you are experiencing. Allow yourself to feel whatever emotions arise from your clearing/ integration process. Stop ignoring or forcing the painful ones back inside where will not go away (they are energy) but rather will continue to express outwardly when you least want or expect them to until looked at and cleared.
Long ago souls chose to experience separation and did, but then forgot who they were and got stuck in it creating a collective consciousness based in separation that in turn allowed alignment with low resonating energies and beings that brought to earth the suffering, negative experiences, and outside interference that has plagued mankind for eons.
The Christian celebration of Easter is soon to take place all over the world. However as with the Christmas story, Easter is not the story of just one man but is rather everyone's story. At some point in every soul journey, there comes a crucifixion which has been called the "dark night of the soul". It is the experience of having the one's foundation crumble without warning leaving the person floundering in doubt, confusion, mental anguish, resistance, and questions.
After a period of suffering (three days in the tomb) and futile attempts to restore what once was, there comes the realization that familiar outer solutions simply no longer work and at this point the inner search begins. As new insights unfold, he/she begins to see their old foundation from a new and higher perspective which allows them to build a new and more evolved foundation (resurrection). There are many crucifixions and Easters along the path to realization, each one serving to lift a person to their next level.
Learn to live in each now moment. Attempting to hold on to or recreate the energies of yesterday, regardless of how wonderful they may have been will only serve to block something new from manifesting. Even after one day, one hour, or one minute the energy is old. Become an observer living from your highest level of awareness and embracing each now moment without fear. This way you do not block what may be "in the wings" waiting.
Living in the now moment can be difficult because everyone has been taught to plan every aspect of their lives according to three dimensional standards. Living in the now moment does not mean you stop making plans, but rather means that if or when those plans change you allow it without a lot of struggle, resistance, and effort to force the original plan. Those not yet awakened, who live fully in third dimensional energy are not yet spiritually prepared to live spiritual allowing, but you as evolved beings, have reached that place of readiness.
Spiritual allowing means knowing and accepting that your Higher Self, your Divine Self, knows and is guiding the perfect plan for your spiritual growth. It means that when personal plans totally dissolve in spite of your best efforts, you understand without resistance that something is unfolding on a level you are not yet aware of.
Allowing is the ability to stand back and watch life unfold from a place of spiritual truth rather than attempting to fill each moment with activities based in concepts of obligation to some person, group, or societal belief. It is a letting go of the "shoulds and should nots" that have kept you in bondage and unempowered.
Allowing is a facet of trust, a trust that flows automatically from the realization that one is a Divine Being/Consciousness embodying all the qualities of Source. Allowing knows that that there is a Divine plan taking place even though things may not look that way to human eyes. It is knowing that whole picture is not yet able to fully manifest physically, but is fully present on a higher dimensional level.
Allowing becomes automatic as you begin to accept self as SELF. Let life unfold as seems best for you without trying to direct, plan, force, eliminate, or change it. Allowing does not mean doing nothing in the ordinary sense but rather means trusting that your intuition (the voice of your Higher Self) is guiding your decisions and choices and then allow them to be what they are.
Higher frequency energies of Light are bringing new ideas about everything to collective consciousness and are also giving a little "push" those teetering on the edge of awakening . Some are choosing not to awaken at this time. Perhaps they require learning experiences that can only be had in third dimensional energy or simply want to enjoy three dimensional energy for a bit longer. Some souls are choosing to leave now in order to reincarnate into the new and higher resonating earth.
Free will allows all to have choice and choice is unique to every individual. Everyone has had different experiences over their many lifetimes making every person's lessons and levels of spiritual awareness different. Never feel that you must cajole, force, or trick another into believing as you do out of the belief that you have the higher and better truth. Love means honoring everyone's journey through the realization that all paths lead up the mountain and come together at the top.
Awakening to the truth of ONEness cannot be avoided forever because Consciousness is and will continue to express ITself infinitely even when ITs expressions are colored by false concepts and beliefs. It is inevitable that at some point a breakthrough in consciousness takes place for every person because no one can cease being what they are.
Many intellectually accept they are Divine expressions, but have not yet allowed themselves to actually BELIEVE it.
The time is now and you are ready to integrate-- I am that I am.

Dear readers, welcome to our message that is intended to bring hope and encouragement as well as information into everyone's increasingly deepening soul journey.
All is proceeding according to plan. Never fear that the Divine plan can be manipulated or stopped by those who wish to do so for there is only One Power and that power is not effected by three dimensional conditioned activities.
These are times of tremendous change in which much that the world is accustomed to will not return in its previous form. Those waiting for everything to once again be exactly as it was will be disappointed. As the collective spiritually evolves through the presence of increasingly more high frequency Light on earth, material expressions in all facets of life will begin to reflect this.
The true essence of everything you see as material is in fact spiritual, but the spiritual reality is seen in the dense energy of the third dimension as material. How it is interpreted depends upon the personal and collective consciousness doing the interpreting which at this time is quickly changing.
Ideas, inventions, and practices in law, medicine, and religion etc. as you have come to know them are based in beliefs of duality and separation. The foundation of many of these things will begin to crumble as people see them from new and higher levels. However, since the underlying idea of them is spiritual, their true essence remains intact, only their old form changes. New and higher forms that reflect earth's evolving spiritual awareness will soon begin to manifest.
Higher forms of many ideas were given to earth long ago, but have been held back and kept secret from the majority by those who would keep mankind in bondage to control. As ideas like free energy become universally known, life for all will be easier.
We wish to once again speak about love for even though we have often spoken about the absolute truth of love being the interconnecting energy between individuals within the ONE, we have not spoken of love as it is most commonly interpreted in the third dimension. Many struggle with how to translate the reality of love into daily life especially with regard to relationships.
There are three hurtles that all meet on their journey out of three dimensional state of consciousness. They are; 1. Relationships, 2. Money, 3. Power
These three facets of life on earth are solidly ingrained in the consciousness of the majority through having lived many lifetimes in which they represented the power that ruled over everyone's life and their ability to make personal choices.
Romantic love is an area that continues to confuse many. Sexual attraction to a stranger or to someone who rejects you, the inability to let go of old relationships, and the need to continually seek for a partner all serve to create confusion and psychological pain. The bottom line of which is the belief that one cannot be happy without a partner.
Romance in its three dimensional sense is an concept that arose out of the belief in separation. It has been colored and promoted by society as being a goal necessary for happiness. You have been taught that you are half of a couple and that until you find your other half, your soul mate, the perfect partner, you will be unhappy and incomplete.
Books, film, TV shows, retail, and media in general continue to promote the idea that once a person finds "Mr or Mrs. Right" they will finally feel whole and complete. The world in general continues to buy into these concepts, spending a great deal of time searching, seeking, and game playing unaware that what they seek is already present within them
Needing to find one's "other half" in reality is a spiritual truth but not in the three dimensional sense. Everyone has a perfect "other half" but it lies within. Women already possess the masculine they seek just as men already possess the feminine that they seek but both seek it outside of themselves.
Everyone is already whole and compete by virtue of their oneness with Source. If a person chooses to share their wholeness with another that is their free will choice, but it is never a need.
Believing that one is half of a couple creates a sense of loneliness that prompts many to spend time and effort searching on the computer or phone, frequenting social places, joining groups, and doing activities in the hope of finding the one special person who will make them feel whole and complete according to their personal concepts of happiness.
Even when Mr. or Mrs. Right is found, there remains that sense of loneliness because the empty spot within is the Soul's yearning to be recognized and integrated into a state of consciousness that knows it is Source.
Many of you have already released these old concepts and have come into your personal power. Those who have not must release false ideas about relationship if they are to evolve into a consciousness of spiritual wholeness and completeness that will then manifest outwardly as that which represents wholeness and completeness to them.
Completeness and wholeness for one may mean remaining single but for another wholeness and completeness may mean partnership. If so their consciousness will draw to them (alignment) the right partner without a lot of manipulation, thought, and concern. Consciousness is always expressing itself. What do I hold in my consciousness?
Those unaware of who and what they really are will continue seeking completeness from outside of themselves through three dimensional tools but will never find it even when their goals are attained because three dimensional concepts are temporary having nothing but belief to support them. Divine wholeness and completeness is infinite, forever, and never changes or ceases.
The belief and promotion of sexual attraction as being love has created more heartbreak among the majority than can be counted. It also sells tickets, promotes films, and keeps a lot of businesses going but the world is ready to move beyond these narrow concepts.
When sex becomes simply a route for self pleasure without regard for the other person it becomes a three dimensional activity devoid of love and can cause a person to become stuck and addicted to old energy patterns. It also results in energetic cords being created between those involved.
Sex, attraction, and the desire to be with another are facets of love but can simply be energetic alignment. There could be a past life connection, or perhaps one person aligns with another's concept of the perfect partner. Perhaps the other (stranger or friend) holds similar beliefs (alignment) as you. Energetic alignment is not love although it can lead to love and is necessary for a solid partnership.
Sexual encounters are often considered to be simply a pleasant release for those involved. However as with all things, it has a deeper reality. Its true spiritual essence is the joining of the masculine and feminine energies into a powerful ONEness from which a new and evolved consciousness is born.
Those who know the spiritual truth about themselves and their partner bring love and respect to their sexual relationship allowing it to become a spiritual experience rather than just a physical release. Relationships both homosexual and heterosexual entered into at this level of awareness have the potential to lift both into higher awareness. This truth was studied and taught in many of the ancient sacred schools of learning.
Religions have taught that sex is bad and should avoided under pain of sin and damnation until a commitment is made and then it is only for the purpose of creating children. These false and limiting concepts have permeated collective thinking and made natural, healthy, and pleasurable human sexuality into a source of shame, guilt, and fear.
As individuals spiritually evolve, their concepts of romance also evolve. Many relationships that came about through three dimensional concepts of romance and love are either beginning to dissolve or are having problems, leaving both partners wondering what happened to a once happy relationship.
The choice to stay or leave a relationship must be a personal choice, one made from a level of love that and considers the good of all involved. However this never means sacrificing individuality or surrendering personal power to another simply to maintain something that no longer exists or to satisfy the desires and wants of some other person, group, family, or friend. Always trust your intuition in these matters.
Relationships of all kinds are and will continue to change because the collective consciousness is shifting into new and higher levels. The inner is always reflected in the outer which means that when one partner spiritually shifts to a new level and the other does not, the energetic alignment they started with no longer exists in its previous form.
This does not always mean that a relationship must end. If harmony and love are present even when beliefs differ it often means that the alignment has remained intact. Often one of the partners has done the work in a previous lifetime and there is no need to be actively engaged in it now.
True relationships are two individuals both aware of their innate completeness, standing together by choice not need, looking in the same direction.
Partnership with a certain person is often part of a person's pre-birth plan as being necessary for the completion of some unfinished business from another lifetime. This is why it frequently happens that one or both partners question why they came together in the first place.
Once a person attains a consciousness of their Divine Completeness, partnerships become less desirable and sought after because the person no longer feels the intense desire or need for partnership. They feel complete.
Send light to the world, to those suffering, and to all so called "enemies". Visualize light within everyone you see or think about. For some you may see just a pin point of light and for others a large brightness but always remember that all hold Divine Light even if it is hidden behind shadows of false concepts and beliefs. This is why you came to earth at this time
Light always extinguishes shadows because shadows have no substance. Shadows are simply the absence of light, appearances formed of duality and separation having no Divine energy of their own to sustain and maintain them.
The secret of personal and global ascension is to stop feeding illusions and allow Reality manifest.

Welcome dear readers. Know that we are here to guide and assist, but never to force for only you yourselves can acknowledge and reclaim the innate power that throughout the course of many lifetimes you ignorantly allowed others to take from you.
The time is now to be what you always have been but have not known you were. It is time to stand in your identity as a spiritual being formed of Divine Consciousness no longer subject to the third dimensional nonsense and false claims that feed a sense of inadequacy and prevent you from trusting in your ability to make wise choices and decisions.
You have traveled through many lifetimes and have experienced all skin colors, both genders, and most three dimensional experiences. Because of it, you have reached a place of wisdom and spiritually evolved awareness that in turn has left you at a fork in the road of your evolutionary journey. You have done the work required to bring you to this fork and now you must decide.
Path 1- "Should I continue believing that others (family, friends, experts, newscasters, government, religious doctrine) know what is best for me even when or if it does not resonate with me? Do I believe that I am unable to make wise decisions for myself? Do I believe that I am powerless or that victim-hood serves me by providing comfort and attention?"
Path 2. "I Choose to trust my intuition because I know it is the voice of my real SELF. I choose to stop giving power for good or bad to everything outside of myself. I choose to begin living life from my highest attained awareness of truth in spite of what others may believe".
Today is a time of indecision and confusion because on one hand you are continually being told what is true and right while at the same time you are feeling that much of what you are being told is not true. We do not speak so much of politics, but rather about the unrecognized duality present within the small and seemingly ordinary aspects of daily living.
Most are accustomed to simply allowing commonly accepted beliefs and habit to guide their decisions and actions. Every day when driving, shopping, simply being at home, answering the phone, at work, or taking care of basic family needs, you are faced with ordinary situations in which you can be loving or not loving.
These daily events offer you opportunities to practice your highest awareness of love which in certain situations may not even seem like love to the three dimensional mind. There may be times when being loving means taking no action at all, allowing another to suffer from their choices in order to learn. Love must be a part of the small everyday activities rather than being reserved for grand gestures that result in praise and adoration.
Small and ordinary expressions of love and kindness that flow from a realization of oneness eventually become an attained and permanent state of consciousness. Because you are consciousness and not just a physical body, love then automatically expresses itself through you without thought or effort because consciousness is who and what you are.
Example: You no longer need to practice or make an effort to be honest because honesty is your attained state of consciousness and is who you are. It is the same for unconditional love. As a realization of oneness becomes the state of consciousness of the majority, it will then become the collective consciousness and you will begin see world peace.
Love is the connecting energy that flows between all individual expressions of the ONE. Everything, all life, is connected by virtue of there being only One omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscient Divine Consciousness, the only substance--that which is called GOD.
This interconnecting energy between all life is interpreted by every individual according to their attained level of awareness. If this interconnection is interpreted by a mind (the translator of consciousness) that is fully enmeshed in separation and duality, it will interpret it in forms of self service, even rape, abuse, or violence.
In spite of how completely oneness may be misunderstood and falsely interpreted by minds conditioned with beliefs of duality and separation, the Divine interconnecting energy between all within the ONE never changes and the realization of this is the door leading out of the hypnotism of human-hood that has plagued mankind throughout time.
Your job as a spiritually evolved person is to help mankind ascend out of three dimensional energy and into frequencies that are higher and real. In order to do this you must learn to see through the manifestations of duality and separation that have and still are presenting themselves so realistically. The third dimension can be likened to the lower rung of a very high ladder.
This does not mean approval or simply looking the other way. In order to be effective, words or actions must be expressed in a way that the person's level of awareness allows them to understand. At the same time a Light worker never loses sight of the fact that the individual needing reprimand or guidance is at their core, a Divine Being. This allows the energy of the necessary words or actions to flow on a stream of higher dimensional energy.
Stand back and allow the debris to settle, dear ones. Don't judge the state of things by staring at cloudy water swirling with hundreds of different substances because it is being shaken. Allow everything to be what it is, not judging by appearances. Hold to the knowledge that floating debris never becomes the water and will at some point settle to the bottom.
Be patient with yourselves and others while continuing to hold your highest awareness of truth in spite any outer circumstances you may find yourself in. . Know that there is light at the end of the tunnel and the energy is quickly moving toward it. You will soon begin to see positive changes.
You came to shine Light on the world's collective shadows and thus assist in dissolving them. Shadows are simply places without light and as such are never real because they have no substance regardless of how menacing they may appear.
Shadow energies are beginning to manifest everywhere because high dimensional light is exposing them. Rather than being shocked or going into fear in the presence of shadow energy, look at it and laugh for appearances that arise from the nothingness of false beliefs are illusion, having nothing to support, maintain, or sustain them other than belief in them.
We do not say this to diminish the struggles that many are experiencing at this time, but rather to help you to see and detach from continuing to feed them with the energy of belief in them as being reality. This is why you are seeing so much chaos at this time. The shadows are being exposed in order to be recognized and dissolved through mankind's awakening into a higher state of awareness.
You have attained a consciousness of truth and are able to view the world with awakened and evolved eyesight which is why you are on earth at this particular time. You may think you are doing nothing if you judge by traditional concepts about what light work is, but light work is not and never has been limited to healers, channelers, shamans, and metaphysical teachers.
Light work is the automatic flow of higher dimensional energy in every ordinary aspect of life from those who have attained a high resonating state of consciousness.
Everyone who has attained this high level of spiritual awareness is a Light worker. You are here to silently and secretly be the Light as you live what may appear to others to be an ordinary existence. Your evolved consciousness automatically assists others to awaken to their own light which will eventually lift the balance of truth versus false in the collective.
Divine Consciousness is omnipresent and therefore every bit of Light you attain and carry in your consciousness has the power to effect anyone able to align with it. Someone ready and receptive to truth may shift to a new level of awareness simply by being in the presence of a truth filled consciousness. The receptive person may be far away across the world but because there is only ONE, they can be lifted by your awareness.
ONE is the key word--one Divine Consciousness. The truth you hold in your consciousness allows it to be available to anyone able to align with it. This is how Jesus healed, those seeking help aligned with and became one with his consciousness that held no belief in disease as a reality.
This is the vital work you are doing as Light workers and it is more powerful than protesting, proselytizing, or seeking three dimensional solutions. However, not all are spiritually qualified to work at this level and wise world leaders are needed at this time in all levels of life. Some of you may be guided to work in the "trenches" and if you are, don't resist, for all work is spiritual work when done from a place of love.
Regardless of what your life may presently look like, never lose sight of who you are.
Cease seeking, and be. You are ready.

Dear readers, we greet you with love in these changing times. As best you can, avoid allowing the fear and doubt of the collective so prominent at this time to overwhelm you. Because most are unaware of what is taking place behind the scenes, it is very easy to judge by appearances and slip into fear.
Fear, confusion, and doubt plague even the most evolved at this time for you are seeing nothing that resembles what you expected to see. Understand that energy shifts and changes in every moment. Trust that all is proceeding according to plan as new and powerful energies of Light continue flooding earth
Events predicted by highly respected channels can and often do turn out to be completely different or predicted events never happen at all. This is not because the channel was incorrect, but because the energy in place at the time of the channeling has changed.
It is important to cease looking outside of yourselves for what is needed, be it information or anything else. See outside information including channeled messages as being guides rather than an unchangeable realities. You must begin to accept and trust that the only unchangeable reality that exists is within you.
If you read something that does not resonate with you, trust that regardless of how many letters the author may have behind his name or how many others believe it. Something that may be true for one person will not resonate at all with another. This is because there is or isn't energetic alignment.
Stand silently, secretly, and confidently in truth. Be open to guidance and information where appropriate, but never allow some person, religion, government, tradition, or anything else to dictate what you must believe.
Times are quickly changing and many issues that were acceptable even last year, are being recognized as no longer right and appropriate. Trust that you are right where you are supposed to be at this time even if things are not what you expected (concepts).
As dense creations formed of duality/separation energy surface, they encourage those in alignment with these energy forms to act out in a similar way. However, this is an important part of the unfolding ascension process because nothing can change until that which needs changing is seen and then rejected by the majority. Trust that all is proceeding according to plan.
When someone living fully in the three dimensional belief system believes that he/she is separate from what they need for fulfillment on any level, they will automatically seek it through whatever means they can. Even those who violently act out in some way believe that they are achieving some form of good according to their attained level of consciousness.
Every person seeks peace and happiness. Most continue to seek where they believe it exists, in outer effects. In reality, the seeking for fulfillment on all levels is the yearning of the soul to be recognized and once again unite in Oneness.
Every person will at some point awaken to their ONEness but the evolutionary journey requires many learning experiences which in a dimension of time and space (earth) means many lifetimes. Most of you who read and align with these messages have done the work and are very close to that point.
Fear is the bottom line of all destructive behavior and is the outer effect of the belief in separation which then manifests as a sense of being alone, helpless, and subject to an infinite number of outside powers. Fear looks to a far off God, or something outside of self for salvation. The belief in two powers, of a power outside of Self, is what created and continues to sustain the three dimensional belief system.
The world is presently wading through a swamp of mud in order to get through and out where mud no longer exists. You may occasionally find yourself stuck in the mud along with those who actually like and identify with mud but your work as an evolved being is not to fear the mud or give it power, but rather know that you are not, never could become, and never have been mud.
Because fear springs from the belief in separation and because separation is an anchor in the third dimensional belief system, you will always be tempted to fear when living on earth. Recognize and then neutralize fear simply by not feeding it with your energy because it is not yours unless you claim it as yours. Fear will lose power over the majority as increasingly more awaken to the truth of ONEness because fear has no law to support it and can only exist if energetically fed.
A realization of oneness begins at the person's level of awareness. In the beginning it may express as the desire to help someone less fortunate within one's immediate circle--family, friends, or church group. Over time the person begins to be aware of and take an interest in the needs of individuals and groups outside of his immediate circle (strangers and animals) and eventually expands to include "enemies".
Finally, perhaps over lifetimes, as a person's state of consciousness evolves, he/she begins to realize that One omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscient Divine Consciousnesses is and always has been expressing ITself as every living thing simply because IT is all that exists. This awareness of ONE is what constitutes unconditional love.
Illnesses, violence, and the circumstances so many find themselves in at this time are serving to bring about a sense of oneness previously not seen on earth. These events are necessary for the awakening of those who would rather stay glued to their comfortable concepts. However, many are or soon will get booted from their complacency, and it will be frightening for them, but necessary for spiritual growth and evolution--the real purpose of three dimensional experiences.
No one incarnates simply to live the high life after somehow attaining the world's concepts of success. Everyone comes to earth to experience and learn, but the density of three dimensional energy causes them to forget this once they are no longer in alignment with the higher frequencies they came from. This is why young children often remember past lives and where they are from until the denser energies of earth become dominant.
With the help of Guides, every individual creates a plan for themselves before incarnating, a plan that includes having experiences that they feel are necessary for further spiritual growth. Some plans and many of today's plans are to assist with earth's awakening. Know that a soul plan never includes lessons that the person is not yet spiritually prepared for. A soul contract can be added to or changed at any time.
Some may choose to experience a "perfect" human life in order to learn that material success does not fill the empty spot within them that is always seeking for "something". Many choose lessons that can only be learned through experiences of poverty, war, disease, or struggle but most of you have completed these dense types of experiences because you are no longer creating them.
A person can leave the physical whenever they choose. Many leaving at this time through disease wanted to leave and come back into new and higher energies and the current disease situation provided an easy way to do it. This information may upset some of you especially if you have lost a loved one, but know that death is always the soul's choice, not a three dimensional choice, but one made on a deeper level.
There is no such thing as death. That which is termed death simply means leaving earth in order to return to one's real home where the soul can have a well deserved rest, re-evaluate lessons learned, reunite with friends and family, and work with guides regarding further lessons and plans.
Trust.
Trust your Higher Self to know what you need and when you need it. Trust your intuition in the realization that it is the voice of your soul expressing ITself. Trust that you are here at this time for reasons other than just to experience three dimensional rewards, success, fun, or material comfort. Trust that a Divine Plan cannot fail.
These are powerful times indeed that you are experiencing. Embrace them for they are the reason you chose to be here lighting the path for others.

Dear readers, once again we bring to you a message in these times of confusion and chaos. Know that you are witnessing a Divine plan unfold, and remember that this is why you chose to be on earth at this time. Today's chaos is serving to expose underlying beliefs and energies that have remained hidden but active for centuries.
Dense pockets of energy are surfacing for all to see and examine. Increasingly more individuals are beginning to question and ask themselves; "Is this how I choose to live? Is this how I wish the world to be? Is there a better, higher way of doing things, one that serves all and not just a select few?"
All is proceeding according to plan, the unstoppable plan of spiritual evolution. Many uncomfortable revelations will occur during this coming year so be spiritually prepared. You are watching the tip of an ancient iceberg begin to melt but is what you have been preparing for. Observe and be informed but do not with align what you observe.
Imagine yourself sitting in a movie theater watching an engrossing story unfold on the screen. The story has a lot of twists and turns and many players are involved. It holds your attention and you realize that both the "bad" and the "good" characters are necessary to the wholeness of the main story. You watch without judgement fully aware that you are sitting in a theater watching a captivating story. You experience emotions as the story unfolds, but never to the extent of forgetting that you are not the movie.
What you are witnessing now the unfolding story of earth’s history in order that the new story can begin.
We see many suffering confusion, doubt, and anger. Simply allow emotions to express without resistance or guilt. Emotions indicate what you consciously or unconsciously still believe about yourself or others and frequently arise from pockets of old shadow energy active in cellular memory.
Emotions are valuable tools that can help you understand your beliefs and as you learn to love and accept yourself, warts and all, you become a person of compassion, insight, and forgiveness able to help others do the same.
This is why you are here. Every new insight adds Light to the world's consciousness. Without the higher frequencies of Light that so many evolved souls brought with them and others continue bringing to earth, the evolution of mankind would take much longer. Present times represent a graduation dear ones, but are not the finale. There is much to come.
Because the reality of every person is Divine Consciousness which is always expressing ITself, no one can remain frozen in time forever. Just because some concept, belief, idea, worked well at a certain level of awareness, does not mean it will work forever in the same way.
The moment even one person shifts out of alignment with some old falsehood and into truth it will affect and change the entire collective because there is only ONE. This is the work that spiritual masters throughout all time have done. Their teachings "seeded" the collective with truth even when very few at the time were listening, thus making truth available for all to access.
Unconditional love during these difficult times means remembering that the essence of every person is Divine Consciousness regardless of their words and actions. It does not mean approval or sticking your head in the sand. It means that you acknowledge the spiritual reality that underlies all appearances. Love is the conscious realization of Oneness--ONE infinite God expressing Itself in, as, and through infinite form and variety.
Duality and separation energy expresses in all facets of living as the pairs of opposites. This can easily be observed in organized religions, cultures, countries, science, laws, traditions, and policing as well as in politics. Some always believe that they are right and everyone else is wrong. A person can live for many years with everything going perfectly, but if they are living from a three dimensional state of consciousness, everything can and probably will change at some point when least expected.
As increasingly more Light flows to earth, many commonly accepted beliefs based in duality and separation are for the first time being seen with new eyes. As more and more individuals awaken into a sense of oneness, many long standing, rigid, unfair, judgemental, and often cruel rules of "correctness" will begin to be rejected.
Do not fear these present times dear ones, but rather rejoice in the realization that that which you have prayed, hoped, and longed for is finally happening even though it may not match many three dimensional concepts about earth's ascension. Because you know what is going on, you can be an observer. Send to and hold Light for the USA throughout this coming week for the energy is going to become increasingly intense.
High resonating frequencies always dissolve the lower. The false carries no Light because it is simply an illusory mind form, a concept accepted into one's consciousness having no law to support or maintain it other than the person's belief in it. However, since consciousness is the substance of form, any old belief can and will manifest itself in the outer scene.
The dark is not reality but is simply the absence of Light. Those heavily invested in the "dark" make it into something through their belief in it, but you who have awakened to truth need not fear these things for it is only the belief in them that gives them their "life".
Spring will come, but severe winter storms must first be experienced. Chaos will continue to rule for a while because this transition cannot occur without first uprooting the energy of centuries or rather eons of time during which mankind was programmed to believe in and be controlled by individuals and beliefs based wholly in duality and separation. Those times of darkness actually assisted earth's evolution by pushing mankind to seek something more and better.
Many intellectually know, but most have not yet fully realized that they are a living expression of Source/Divine Consciousness/God which is true even for those with no awareness or interest in knowing it.
You are not a body that has consciousness but are consciousness with a body. Every person's state of consciousness expresses through their actions and experiences. It is imperative that every evolving soul at some point begin to accept that in reality they are Divine Consciousness embodying all the qualities of Source rather than continuing to believe that they are simply a vulnerable physical being.
Ask yourselves often; “What am I holding as truth in my consciousness?” because this is what you will create. "Am I continuing to wait for something outside of myself, the "event", ET ships landing, a particular message, to make me into what I already am?"
As Divine consciousness everyone is a creator but because most do not know this they continue to believe that they must protect themselves at all costs from every false concept and belief floating about in the three dimensional collective. There is no unexpressed consciousness
Every time a "war" on something is launched, it simply establishes the issue more firmly into the collective.
The issues of chaos taking place at this time are exposing the contents of a universal consciousness that has for eons consisted almost completely of error . The erroneous concepts and beliefs that formed this three dimensional collective mind must first be recognized as being false by the majority which in turn gives birth to a new more evolved collective that will
consist of ideas, solutions, and creations based in love/oneness accessible to all.
Evolution is simply the journey involved in awakening personal and collective consciousness to remember the reality of their true being. Attaining the consciousness ONEness (not the intellectual knowledge of it) allows the qualities embodied within Divine Consciousness to flow and express through you in practical ways personal to your needs.
Hold your Light, stand in truth, and simply watch the movie. All is proceeding according to plan. Do not doubt.
Many of you are discovering that without effort you are suddenly understanding some deep truth that previously confused you. This is because you have shifted into alignment with that particular truth whereas before you were not. This indicates that even though you may think nothing is happening for you, it is. Release all remaining concepts about what spirituality should look or feel like. Once you intend to spiritually grow, the train leaves the station.
Do not attempt to restore those things that you have spiritually outgrown be it a relationship, spiritual practice, or something material like a favorite food or entertainment. The dissolving of something familiar may cause you to feel sadness, but know that everything real will manifest again in new and higher form which may or may not reflect your concept of how it should look.
Most of you are beginning to honestly examine facets of yourselves that that you previously avoided and stuffed deep down inside through shame, guilt, pride, regret, pain etc. You are learning to love all parts of your self and by doing so, love others without judgement and criticism.
As the Light becomes increasingly dominant, it will shine into the shadows which are nothing more than pockets of old energy that became "something" simply by being accepted as reality in personal and global consciousness.
Without fear, allow the Light of your own Divine Self-hood to shine into your hidden places and reveal to you their nothingness because you will find nothing there.

Dear ones, we come in love and with respect for you who have lovingly chosen to play a part in earth's ascension process. You volunteered because you understood that an increase of light would be necessary to lift and open collective consciousness to where it could begin to manifest as a new, more evolved earth.
You were aware before choosing to incarnate that there would be times of difficulty, confusion, and chaos but you volunteered in spite of this, knowing that not only would it be a perfect opportunity for you to complete or clear anything still unresolved, but that your awareness and understanding would be needed by those ready to awaken but who did not yet understand what was taking place.
A new year is beginning and it will bring with it an intensity of events that may trouble you and will definitely trouble those who remain unaware of earth's spiritual transition. Stay centered dear ones, holding your Light in spite of what you may see and hear for by doing this you add Light rather than fear to collective consciousness. Trust that all is proceeding according to plan and never doubt that there is plan.
Because humans are accustomed to doing things in a certain way they yearn to return to the comfort of what is familiar but nothing can return to exactly as it was because the world's consciousness is changing and evolving as increasingly more people awaken. Ideas and solutions that previously worked perfectly will dissolve in order for new and higher forms of them to manifest. This process often occurs on a basic material level as well. Old appliances, car, furnace etc. may suddenly break down and need replacing rather than repair.
Consciousness is the substance of form, and since Consciousness is Omnipresent, there is no unexpressed consciousness. Therefore as collective consciousness evolves, new, different, and higher ideas about everything become available and accessible to everyone. New ideas will begin to take form through the words and actions of those receptive to the new, but there is and will continue to be resistance from those who do not want change because they fear it. Fear manifests as resistance.
God is the only power, but is not power over anything which is the three dimensional concept of power. God simply is all that exists and therefore is the only power. Each lifetime lived in the energies of the three dimensional earth involved experiences of "power over" through persons, places, things, and conditions etc. Many of these experiences were traumatic and remnants of their energy often remains in cellular memory.
Certain situations, people, or circumstances can trigger these dormant but still present cellular memories causing the individual to react with fear, confusion, and inappropriate actions out of character for him/her. If you begin to experience one or more issues that have never been a part of your life before, it probably means that you have reached a point of readiness to rid yourself of some old energy.
You may feel that somehow you have failed and are going backwards if up to now your life has been calm and peaceful but suddenly find yourself experiencing troubling situations and problems that have never been a part of your life before. The reality is that you have evolved and have reached a place of spiritual readiness to move beyond old and often unrecognized beliefs now presenting themselves as... and replace them with truth.
As a person spiritually evolves, his/her energy becomes lighter and of a higher frequency. Higher frequencies stir up and dissolve those of a lower frequency because belief is all that keeps lower resonating forms in place.
For the spiritually evolved every problem is a flag directing them inward to their belief system. Without resistance, ask yourself, "What is this showing me? What am I believing that is making me feel this way? In the light of what I know, is it truth? What is the truth?" Then take whatever human footsteps you are guided to take.
Personal and global challenges on all levels-- physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual, are arising in order to be seen, examined, and then consciously stripped of the power they have been endowed with. Your work is to realize that these things never had or can have any real power because God is the only power--and you are that. If someone sends negative energy to a person with a consciousness of oneness with Source, that energy will bounce off of the person and back to the sender because there will be nothing for it to attach to/align with.
No one can clear the accumulated energy of hundreds of lifetimes quickly so it is a gradual process that takes place in accord with the individual's readiness as determined by their Higher Self. However, clearing is not meant to go on indefinitely and many of you are now at a point of readiness to integrate the higher realization of SELF as ONE. This is the most important realization and the key to everything on all levels. It is the hidden reality, the holy grail that mankind has and continues to seek in outer things where it does not exist.
You are graduating and as with all graduations, it means leaving behind the things that served to bring you into readiness for graduation. Continue doing the practical things of daily living because spirituality must be a living thing, not meant to be hidden away in convents and monasteries although they had their place at one time. Trust your intuition to guide you as you go about your day but while you are doing it keep a part of your awareness centered in oneness with Source.
You are the Light, you are the Strength, and you are the Energy that is serving to draw others toward deeper awareness of the truth about themselves. Try not to resist challenges that may arise or attempt to meet them with outgrown tools. When negative thoughts and old programming appear simply recognize them for what they are--impersonal and powerless unless I myself accept them as personally mine thus empowering them.
There is no such thing as sin, although most even the evolved continue to carry energies associated with this belief because of having lived many lifetimes where sin was universally accepted and empowered. The concept of sin is simply another illusion based in separation. No one is or ever has been born impure and in need of being saved through ceremony, words, or actions because everyone is in and of the One and only Life that is living, moving, and expressing ITself in infinite form and variety. Nothing else exists.
Earth is a school for learning, experiencing, and growing until a readiness for the higher dimensional levels of energy is attained. Many of you did not need further lessons from earth school, but with love chose to incarnate anyway in order to assist others to awaken, add your light to earth's ascension process, and personally complete anything still in need of completion. Everyone, even those who seem the least evolved are on earth to learn and grow from experiences that may seem very harsh at times.
Karma is not a punishment, nor is it "pay back" as many believe but rather is simply the process of balancing and resolving still active energy created from experiences between one or more persons at some point of time. Trust that all is as it needs to be for the spiritual evolution of every person. Earth lessons can be hard and painful until a person reaches the point of "enough is enough" and chooses new and higher ways of learning.
Some seem to have many more difficulties than others, but keep in mind that there is always a bigger story unfolding than that which meets the human eye. Problems are often chosen experiences that will force a person to look deeper into their belief system and spiritually grow from the experience. Sometimes a problem is karmic in nature and sometimes it is simply a matter of their being fully immersed in and creating from a three dimensional state of consciousness. As Divine Beings, everyone is creating from the substance of their consciousness.
Mind draws from and manifests the contents of personal and global consciousness .
If unconditioned by the belief in two powers, duality, and separation, Divine consciousness would automatically express ITself as ITself--perfection, intelligence, wisdom, harmony, peace, abundance, wholeness, and completeness etc.. However, the presence of false conditioning in individual consciousness acts to limit the ever present Divine conspicuousness from expressing in its fullness.
Spiritual evolution is like looking at the world though a colorful window made from hundreds of different pieces of painted glass. Some pieces are beautiful in shape and color while others appear muddy and coarse. As an individual spiritually evolves, the Light of his consciousness gradually begins to clear one or more sections of his personal window allowing him for the first time to see familiar things in a new way, more as they really are. Individuals really do not need to work so hard to clear the glass of their awareness because it automatically begins to clear as truth replaces the false in their consciousness.
Living life from an evolved state of consciousness is very practical and not "airy/fairy" as some believe it to be. Living from truth allows a person access to the infinity of all ideas and things that exist behind the color and cloudiness he himself ignorantly painted onto his awareness window. Evolution is simply the process of clearing the window of one's consciousness to where at some point a window no longer exists.
Divine Consciousness has never changed nor can it or will it ever change because it simply IS, always has been, and always will be. This is what you are whether is seems that way or not.
Think, ponder, and meditate on this, dear ones. Bring your new and higher awareness with you into a new year that is going to require commitment and strength.
Live, move, and have your being in who and what you are--in the still, secret, silence of I AM.
