Greetings dear ones. In spite of everything you are hearing about and seeing, know that all is proceeding according to plan. Allow the Divine plan to unfold both personally and globally trusting that it cannot be influenced or stopped by those who do not want it, fear it, or believe it doesn't exist. The Divine Reality that underlies all things is held in place by Divine law, and remains intact despite the actions of three dimensional minds.

You volunteered and were chosen to be on earth during these intense times because you were spiritually evolved, strong, and capable of assisting with earth's ascension process. You were well aware before coming that your choice would involve experiencing and witnessing events of negativity and chaos. You wanted to serve earth's ascension process by bringing in and holding Light for the frightened and spiritually unaware majority. 

Your choice never meant that you were not to enjoy yourself or have fulfilling earth experiences, but did mean that while doing it you would remain connected to higher levels of awareness allowing the Light of your consciousness to impact those around you as you went about ordinary living unaware of your influence.

You are the way showers, a Light in the dark for those who do not understand what is taking place and who live fully in the density of a three dimensional belief system. Your calm and trust will provide an example to others when things become even more intense as they soon will.  

At this point your work is simply to allow which means trusting that you are right where you need to be and experiencing what you need to experience for your spiritual growth. Even for the very evolved, the Higher Self will bring about situations that seem problematic from a human standpoint but which in reality are clearings or learning experiences necessary to evolving into a higher level of spiritual awareness. This is where trust becomes very important.

When a soul incarnates into the lower frequencies of the third dimension, they are no longer in full alignment with the higher frequencies they came from and forget who they are. They begin to think of themselves as just human beings and accept what they are taught by parents, teachers, and society in general. Many very evolved souls have lost sight of their mission simply because they got caught up in earth's belief system which is why it is very important to keep yourselves consciously connected at all times.

Remember always that you are not a human being subject to every belief of duality and separation floating about in the collective. You have been that state of consciousness in many previous lifetimes but have evolved beyond it and no longer need to keep holding on to its beliefs. You know who you are and now must actually and wholeheartedly accept it.  

Allowing means resting in the truth of your being and accepting that your Higher Self is running the show. There are no accidents. Allowing can be difficult if not impossible for those who choose to remain aligned with old energy by spending hours watching and analyzing the news or in close contact and agreement with others fully enmeshed in third dimensional consciousness.  

Stay above the fray. But "how?" you ask. Learn to turn off phones, computers, and televisions. Spend time in nature, do short meditations while at your desk, doing dishes, waiting at a stop light, or whenever... Wean yourselves away from addiction to constant distraction--music, voice, texting, radio, phones. The human mind loves distraction and gets a sense of satisfaction and even accomplishment from it, but if you are seeking alignment with the Higher Mind you must understand that IT speaks in Silence and cannot be heard over the noise of distractions. 

When things get difficult as they often do because you live in a lower resonating society, stop, take a step back, and contemplate-- "I am love. I am connected to all life within the ONE LIFE. I am peace, harmony, completeness, abundance, intelligence, wholeness etc. etc. etc. I am everything that Source/God is because I am Source expressing ITSelf." Then ask yourself if you really believe it. 

Many begin to practice truth but when things don't immediately change or get better, they give up in the belief that it does not work. Truth must become your state of consciousness before it can manifest outwardly because consciousness is that which forms the outer. It takes practice and patience even when nothing seems to change or even gets more difficult.  

As truth gradually integrates and becomes your state of consciousness you begin to experience more synchronicity, choices becoming easier and better, life events unfolding easily and without effort and struggle, abundance of what is needed when needed and often from where it is least expected-- harmony in all facets of living.  

Do not lose hope for realization is a gradual process although in reality, it already is complete. No need for struggle and work to attain spirituality, for these actions simply solidify the belief that God and your good is outside of you. Cease any further struggling and rest in what is.

You the awakened ones, have reached an important spiritual point. "Do I really believe what I have learned is the truth of myself and others or do I still question and consider truth too impractical for everyday living?" This is your personal journey and you must accept that no guru, book, channel, ceremony, religion, or even Jesus or the Buddha can do it for you.  

Everyone has all the time they want to shift into a higher state of consciousness but now is a perfect time because the energies of earth are rapidly changing as new and higher frequencies of Light come in. Right now is the time you have hoped, awaited, and chose to be present for, but free will allows you choice with no wrongness or rightness about it and no mandate from "on high". We simply say that now is a really good time.

Time has run out for playing the role of being a "spiritual person"--reading books, taking classes, and spouting the "truth" words without being willing to live them. All serious students of truth will soon be needed to assist those shocked and afraid as events and information unfolds. You don't want platitudes and truths learned but never fully accepted to be all you have to offer.

You need not seek strength and courage in these times because you now know that these qualities already exist fully present within you as does love, security, peace, etc. and everything else you have sought from people and spiritual practices throughout your many lifetimes.  

The times for seeking are finished but only if you choose. Every person at some point faces the choice of accepting that everything they have ever sought already exists fully present in the Divine Consciousness of their real being or continue living from the concepts and beliefs of the third dimension many of which have actually served well at times. 

The world is rapidly changing because its vibrational frequency is rapidly changing. Learn to stand back and observe while holding spiritual reality in your head and heart. Practice seeing the light within every person, especially those who are causing disruptions and trouble. You may see only a small pin point of Light in some while with others you see Light filling their whole body. 

The acknowledgement of Light within every person is love and is how you love yourself as well as others. Love does not mean accepting without question everything another says or does nor does it mean you need to somehow develop an emotional attraction to the person. In its highest sense, love is simply knowing and accepting that all are Divine Beings in spite of any outer appearances and then taking what ever human actions you may be guided to take. Love is the interconnecting energy between all within the ONE.

Love is not an emotional attachment as so many believe although that is often a part of it. Love is not forcing someone out of their chosen "gutter experience" if that is what they are choosing. Love is not doing nothing while spouting "God will take care of it". Love is knowing the truth in all situations while allowing intuition to guide you to appropriate actions which may on the surface look very three dimensional.  

For some of you, living Love will be a life of quiet awareness, silently acknowledging the truth and Light for everything you see and witness in the world. Others will be guided to become actively involved in movements and groups where their Light will help guide others to higher ways of creating a better world.  

Allow yourself to be guided as to how you can best serve the ascension process because there is no right or wrong way to be Light. 

Love yourself and all your seeming flaws in the realization that God has no flaws.

Dear readers, know that our messages flow to you on streams of light and love with the intention of assisting you to reach the levels of spiritual awareness you seek and are spiritually prepared for. 

We on this side see you as strong and courageous having chosen to incarnate in order to participate in earth's ascension process. Holding fast to your highest awareness of truth at all times will help you avoid getting pulled inadvertently into the whirlpools of chaos and fear being presented to you on all levels and from all directions at this time. 

You may have found that shopping trips or excursions that include crowds leave you feeling drained. This is because you have become increasingly more sensitive to energy and so if or when you forget to keep yourself centered, your personal energy simply falls into alignment with the people and places around you some of which may not be of a high resonating nature. 

All that is false, dense, old, and still hidden must rise to the surface in order to be seen and recognized by the majority rather than only by those who have awakened and easily comprehend the error of many commonly accepted practices. You have attained a level of spiritual awareness that allows you to stand back and objectively observe because you no longer align with the beliefs and concepts that formed most of the world's laws, societal rules, traditions, etc.  

Present times on earth represent the process involved in the world's spiritual awakening which to human eyes may seem like regression. As individuals clear old dense energies of the past, so also must Earth clear herself of heavy energies that have been stored in and on her for eons and is doing it through the fires, floods, and natural disasters you are witnessing at this time.  

Thousands of years of personal and collective activity based in three dimensional thinking with the motive getting, taking, and possessing regardless of the cost to others or earth herself has created and left pockets of dense energy the world over. Crimes against indigenous peoples, wars between and within all countries, violent actions between ordinary people based in concepts of separation the world over have left in their wake energies that must be cleared. 

Humans through the ignorance of a false belief system have come to erroneously believe that they are the pinnacle of intelligence with power to use and abuse anything or anyone that does not fit with their narrow concepts of correct, useful, or financially advantageous. They have forgotten that earth herself and all life upon her are living expressions of God to be recognized, loved, and supported as facets of the ONE. The third dimension is the lowest rung of a very high ladder.

The collective must and are waking up as they witness increasingly more "natural disasters" take place. Many deeply suffer from these events but before there can be more light and awareness in the world, earth must first become free of the heavy and dense energy that remains stored on her in various places. These clearings are a necessary part of earth's spiritual evolution.  

Long ago souls became stuck in the lower energies and became dense/material creating the world that humans have come to believe is the real and only world. The belief in two powers and separation is the only thing that separates people from reality. Let your work be to recognize false beliefs when they pop up in your thoughts and actions, not by resisting or fighting them but by lovingly and gently recognizing them for what they are and then exchanging them with truth.

A huge and difficult step for seekers of truth is in understanding that the material world consists of low resonating, false interpretations of reality-- spiritual creation. In the beginning it is very hard for the human mind accept this and those hearing about it for the first time usually resist, ridicule, and dismiss the idea until at some later date, lifetime, or period of strife it begins to make sense allowing them to open to more.  

You who know the deeper truths will find yourselves increasingly helping others to understand what is taking place at this time both personally and globally Do not go looking for people to advise, teach, or save but simply allow your energy to draw to you those in alignment with it seeking to know more. 

Enlightened individuals are no longer Light-workers in the sense that Light-workers have always been thought of in the past but have graduated into Light-holders. You will and many of you are already finding yourselves in situations where without planning or personal effort you are helping a newly awakening individual (often a person you least expect) to understand what they are feeling, experiencing, and why.

Your inner work is to know, practice, trust, and allow each new truth revealed to become your state of consciousness. You now know that you are the fullness of God in expression and therefore no longer need to continue seeking outwardly for health, abundance, harmony, peace, intelligence etc. You are not a piece of God, you are the wholeness of God.

Because all embody the fullness of God, no person can have less than another. Your honesty does not mean that someone else must therefore be dishonest and your abundance does not mean less for others. There is nothing else--every quality of Divine Consciousness/God/Source or fiddlesticks for it matters not a whit what you call IT, IT is already, always has been, and always will be the very essence of your being. 

Whether or not a person chooses to believe this is their free will choice. Spiritual evolution is nothing more than every individual's journey toward attaining a consciousness of ONENESS. Many lifetimes of learning experiences and many different paths are involved but all lead to the same place for there is no other place.

This is why every spiritual pilgrim eventually reaches a place at which they must cease believing in the need to seek, search, perform ceremonies, beg and plead some far off God, or do anything even meditate, in order to become what they already are. These tools are important steps along most spiritual paths but once you resonate with ONEness, you have graduated beyond the need for anything that is meant to draw God to you. 

When you attain the conscious realization that you are harmony, completeness, and wholeness--not one with it, but actually ARE it, it can begin to manifest in your life as things falling into place without effort, the right person at the right time, etc. A consciousness of Divine intelligence, will manifest as increasingly deeper understandings and knowledge. A consciousness of all life being the ONE LIFE expresses as health.  

Mind interprets individual consciousness outwardly on levels the person can comprehend which makes mind the substance of the outer. Truth must shift from being intellectual knowledge to being an actual state of consciousness before mind can draw it out into recognizable form. Consciousness is the substance of all that exists.

Ask yourself; "What am it believing that is making me feel this way? What do I hold as real in my thinking most of the time?" Be alert to and honest about your thoughts because the mind is always busy doing what it was meant to do, being an avenue of awareness--but of what??

All serious spiritual seekers must take truth seriously--NOW. As God Beings you are creators and can no longer see truth as simply interesting conversation for discussion or dismissal based in three dimensional concepts.  

What are you choosing to create for yourself and for the world? It is extremely easy to become hypnotized by media, friends and family, groups, organized religion, etc. They all want you to believe as they do because they believe that they have the truth. Most believe that it is for your own good that you believe as they do but this is where you must stand firm in your knowing.  

This does not mean being rude or angry at someone trying to convert you to their beliefs, but rather that you honor them because they may well be fulfilling an important facet of their own spiritual contract. However, it does mean that you can politely say "Thank you for your opinion, but I am choosing to do this." Or actually say nothing as you stay centered in your highest awareness.  

As you learn to trust in your oneness with Source, you will find it becoming much easier to simply allow world events to spin while you remain centered and calm within the eye of the storm.  

Your calmness will be noticed by those with eyes to see and ears to hear and some will seek to join you. By making no outer effort to save the world, you are in reality actually doing this very thing by BEing the Light--Reality. One with God is a majority.  

Do not give up dear ones. the energy is very intense right now. You may have days when you feel exhausted, nauseous, and in pain for no particular reason. It is the intensity of the high frequency energy you are integrating that in turn is forcing old energies to release and clear causing intense but temporary symptoms in the physical body. The human mind does not fully understand what is happening and often interprets this process as a problem. 

Do what you need to do. Rest as you feel you must even if there are days when you need to sleep and do nothing. Allow painful emotions that may arise to flow through and out without resistance or giving them power. Love and take care of your physical body rather than being angry at it for seeming to fail you. 

You have all been practicing loving others in your realization of Oneness, but often exclude yourselves. It is difficult to ignore three dimensional concepts about what constitutes worthiness, beauty, and lovableness because they have become subliminal, flowing from many directions. Be alert to never accepting or allowing them to influence loving and honoring yourself as SELF.

Spiritual evolution does not allow you to turn back into being the person you were in a previous state of consciousness when the going gets tough. Once the door of consciousness opens and higher truths begin to enter they automatically dissolve the previous lower resonating energies. 

We thank you for your work toward bringing earth into a new light, a new consciousness, and a new and higher dimension.

​Dear readers, welcome. Our messages are intended to bring you hope, encouragement, and information during these times of earth's evolving energy.  

Many who remain unaware of the changes taking place in earth's energy at this time are experiencing fear and despair. It is a powerful time to be on earth, a time that has been predicted in the sacred writings of all spiritual paths for eons but it is also a difficult and frightening time for those who do not know what is happening as they witness much that has always been a certain way, change or disappear. 

Earth is lifting out of the low resonating energy of a three dimensional collective consciousness and into one awake in the realization that all are connected within the One. Physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual facets of many three dimensional beliefs, are or soon will collapse under the weight of their own nothingness. Much is yet to be revealed.  

People, plants, animals, and all lifeforms are in and of the ONE. It could be no other way for nothing exists outside of the ONE. Much remains hidden from mankind's general awareness including the presence of many other worlds because third dimensional knowledge is severely limited by the presence of false beliefs accepted as reality. The opportunity for mankind to leave behind the false and move into an awareness of immortality, individual value, and oneness with God and all life is present now if they choose.  

Be not afraid dear ones as you witness the chaos that seems to be accompanying the ascension process on all levels--personal and global. Everything at this point is a necessary facet of earth's collective shift beyond the creations of duality and separation that have held it in bondage for eons and which no longer serve.  

The physical issues that many of you are presently experiencing are for the most part, clearings--the releasing of long held frequencies from old injuries, diseases, and experiences in past lives as well as this one. These clearings often choose the path of least resistance, a weak area of the physical body through which to flow. Allow the process, clearings are necessary but temporary.  

You may find yourself experiencing emotional and/or mental issues that seem to arise out of nowhere. Allow them to flow through and out without resisting or giving them power by claiming them to be personally yours and then trying to "fix" them. Acknowledge them (" Oh you again...") and allow them to move through and out for they are, never have been, and never could be personally yours.

Not all clearings are of negative experiences. Oaths, promises, and vows, are also clearing. Something as simple as sincerely promising another in a past life that you will love them forever can serve to bind you to them in some form in each succeeding lifetime. This can be a problem if their evolutionary goals for this lifetime do not include that person.

All that is not in alignment with the higher frequencies now flowing to earth as a part of her dimensional evolution are automatically dissolving, clearing, or being exposed in order to be recognized. This is the process. You may find that you have become increasingly bored, irritated, and even occasionally angry at the three dimensional nonsense you see taking place around you because you have shifted out of alignment with much that the world still considers important or newsworthy.

Denser energies cannot align with the new and higher frequencies and must be left behind by those actively choosing to spiritually evolve. A great deal of clearing happens during sleep. Many of you may be having vivid and unusual dreams often involving people you are close to. Some things must be consciously recognized in order to be cleared and so will manifest physically, emotionally, mentally, or spiritually often causing a person to believe that they have somehow failed or are doing something wrong when in fact they are doing something right. 

Those who refuse or are unable to move beyond the old and false will not be able to survive in the higher frequencies. Many are choosing to leave at this time in order to return to a higher vibrating, more evolved earth at some point. Death is never an accident but is always a free will choice that is made on the deeper levels of consciousness and not from ordinary human awareness. It may actually represent a soul's choice to experience some event or catastrophe.

Because there is only ONE, all energy is in and of that ONE. In the third dimension the ONE perfect energetic vibration expressing ITself in and as individuals manifests in/as forms of duality and separation ( lack, disease, pain, suffering etc.) because the belief in two powers, duality, and separation have been accepted as reality in the consciousness of the majority. This in turn has formed the collective consciousness based in error that has governed earth for ages. You are creators, consciousness is the substance of form.

Divine Consciousness is infinitely complete, but in the human sense of separateness this wholeness manifests as a law of attraction--energy always seeking to align with like energy in order to be whole and complete. Because the reality of every person is Divine Consciousness, every person automatically draws to themselves those energies that are in alignment with the energy of their state of consciousness.

The majority as of yet does not realize this and considers themselves to be victims when something unwanted enters their experience. The person who becomes ill does not always consciously align with the disease, but his/her belief in disease (separation) simply may or may not show up at some point. It often happens that a person who has spent their entire career researching a particular disease or condition finds that very disease occurring in self or someone close.  

This happens because there is only ONE. On the three dimensional level, the energy of ONE Divine Consciousness becomes a law of attraction. The energetic frequency of a person's consciousness will always seek to align with same or similar frequencies as it attempts to be what it is--whole/one.  

It is a new time dear ones, a time in which the old ways of thinking and doing will simply no longer work as they once did for the beliefs that held them in place are dissolving. Many continue working very hard to keep obsolete beliefs in place, but this will become increasingly difficult as more individuals awaken and move into higher states of consciousness.  

Be patient, for all is proceeding according to plan. All is as it needs to be at this time. Live each now moment from your highest level of awareness which will allow more to unfold. Living in the past or the future does not allow you to receive what you are ready for or need. Living each now moment makes life simpler and easier.  

If you find yourself worrying about something in the past or future, bring your awareness to the realization the you are Divine Consciousness having a human experience and that harmony, completeness, and wholeness are the reality. Take whatever human footsteps you are guided to take while at the same time always remembering that the sky will not fall down if you make a mistake.

As you spiritually evolve you find yourself with less and less in common with those around you who have chosen to remain in the old energy. Be true to yourself, trusting that you are right where you are supposed to be learning what you need to learn even if your life does not seem to fit in with three dimensional concepts of how you "should" or "need" to be.  

Be what you know you are . Let go and BE.

​Dear readers, we come to you in love and appreciation for your continued efforts to bring more light into a world that seems to be so lacking of it. You are doing a fine job in spite of the struggles that many of you have faced in your own lives. It is easy to feel a sense of despair when you look out at a world that seems to be falling apart from it's own weight and density. 

Always remember that you chose to be on earth during these intense times of change, otherwise you would not be here. You knew before you came what was going to be taking place and were deemed strong enough to hold the Light in spite of it. You could of chosen to observe earth's evolution in comfort from the other side.

You were evolved and knew that your higher resonating consciousness would serve to add Light to the earth's collective consciousness, a collective filled with error through mankind's dominant belief in two powers and separation from God, people, and all other life forms. Only through the increasing presence of oneness and the true nature life will the collective consciousness on earth be lifted beyond its present density which is the work you came to do.

Cease waiting for an event or looking to evolved beings, special ceremonies, prayers, mantras, or anything outside of yourselves to do this work. We are not saying that you cannot participate in ceremonies or prayers but we are saying that in and of themselves they have no power other than what you give them and are meant to be tools guiding within. Yes, some words and ceremonies do carry energy endowed through years of belief, but the reality is that God alone is power never given to some special word or action.

Collective consciousness is the world consciousness of earth which for eons has been fed only false concepts based in separation. The collective evolves as mankind evolves. As more and more awaken and begin feeding this collective consciousness with truth it automatically dissolves and replaces the false. Because it is a collective, each new insight, awareness, and integration of truth adds more Light to it, making these truths available to everyone. 

When Light becomes dominant in the collective, it will reach a tipping point at which the balance of true and false, Light and dark, will shift. 

The human mind draws from the collective for information which is why looking to the human mind for deeper answers, higher solutions, and creative ideas is fruitless for these things do not exist in the human mind. Deeper truths and creative ideas can only be accessed from within where they have always existed unconditioned by false concepts and beliefs, just awaiting recognition.

The world is awakening. Each day more begin to question, seek answers, and look for better and higher ways of living. At first they seek from the only place they presently know which is the human mind, but because increasingly more truth is being added to collective consciousness these individuals will have access to it and many will begin their journey of awakening. 

The chaos and struggle that you are seeing in the world at this time represents the dissolution of old energies that have been alive and well established in human consciousness for many centuries. Those who still consciously embrace these dense and false energies are feeling emboldened to act out as they experience the presence of energies now surfacing in order to clear. 

Many are experiencing a sense of panic as they observe the world's chaos. Because there is only One, many will feel it even if they are not prone to emotions like panic. If or when you experience fear, anxiety, or panic that seems to come out of nowhere remember that it is never yours unless you claim it as being yours. The only reality that is permanently yours is the fullness of Divine Source Consciousness. Do not resist if you experience these types of negative emotions, but rather rest in the realization of your true being knowing that God never formed ITself as them.

Be patient dear ones, for the energy is quickly changing even if it doesn't seem that way and you will soon see results. Not in their fullness, but through the collapse of many old structures and beliefs as increasingly more become fed up with the status quo. This of course will create conflict between those who stand to benefit from the status quo and those who see the need for change. The Light will always win because it is the only reality making anything else simply a conceptual image in the three dimensional mind.  

The human state of consciousness is conditioned to "do" because its sense of separation from good drives it to continually fix, heal, correct, invent, serve etc.. This has translated to spiritual living as well through the need of many for ceremonies, chants, rites and rituals etc. You reading these messages have evolved beyond this state of consciousness and are ready to stop spiritually doing and be. Just BE. The belief that spirituality is doing this or doing that is separation. Your work is to simply be the Light in every moment, as you go to work, as you do the dishes, as you live your ordinary lives. 

The higher frequencies of an evolved consciousness constitute a person's energy field which automatically radiates outwardly wherever they go. Many feel it and may be attracted while others are repelled. How others react to your energy is not your problem, what matters is that you hold the Light by being the Light. This is how you are helping to lift the energy of a world that has for so long been stuck in the density and pain of believing itself to be separate from God and all others.

The 4th of July is USA holiday that celebrates the people of the USA declaring their independence from the oppression of another country. Make this idea personally yours not as freedom from a country, but rather freedom from the false beliefs that have held you in bondage for so long.  

This is what the evolutionary shift is offering personally and globally to those who will accept it--freedom from the oppression of others having power over you. Freedom from the belief that you are just a human body subject to everything ever dreamed up in minds ignorant of truth. Never doubt that you are Divine Beings who chose to live in the lower resonating energies of a three dimensional planet in order to spiritually grow and help others do the same.

Allowing is the ability to stand back and observe the ever changing show while fully aware of reality. Allowing means trusting that your Higher Self knows what you need even if or when your life experiences do not seem to meet human standards. Allowing means trusting that the evolutionary process is unfolding both personally and globally without the need for you to personally fix, heal, or change it. Spiritual evolution is inevitable and cannot be stopped because it is the reality. How quickly it takes place is up to the people of earth.

The three dimensional world is giving birth and as with all births, it can be painful and messy but your job as awakened souls is to know that this birth actually took place in the beginning and what seems to be the birth of a new world is simply a remembering. Earth, the people on her, and all other planets, have never been less than the pure expression of Divine Consciousness. Everything must eventually manifest love, peace and harmony because in reality these things already are and always have been.  

The world and all life in it is already perfect and whole, because expressions of Divine Consciousness are held permanently in place by Divine law. God expressing ITself as...can never be otherwise regardless of how many illusory perceptions are formed in sleeping human minds. Humans who have forgotten who they are, are beginning to remember. Everything that is less than loving is being increasingly recognized as such and everyone is seeing the same thing because there is only ONE.  

No one ever has been or could be separate from their true Divine nature which is creative. No one has ever lacked and no one has ever died. In third dimensional energy people see and experience duality and separation because as creators, they over time have ignorantly created and continue to create a world based in error. As many three dimensional illusory structures begin to collapse there will be pain and suffering for those who have based their entire lives illusion.  

You have done the work and are prepared to live beyond the illusions of sense. Know that we and all evolved beings on the other side are with you, cheering you on at all times. You knew it would not be easy when you volunteered, but you and your guidance knew you were capable of doing what you came to do. All is proceeding according to plan.

The highest form of spirituality is to simply know, rest in, and be the Light which is consciousness of Oneness.

Dear readers, welcome to our message which is intended to assist you in your journey toward more deeply understanding who you really are.

Over the course of the many lifetimes you have all had intense experiences of both good and evil and the energy created by them has been carried from lifetime to lifetime in cellular memory. Until cleared, these pockets of old energy continue to function if or when activated by some outer person or experience.  

The escalating violence you are seeing is the result of increasingly more high resonating energy flowing to earth which in turn is acting to bring dormant dense energies stored in the physical, emotional, and mental bodies of all to individual awareness. Some unenlightened few are choosing to act out these old energies rather than allowing them to clear.

A great deal of clearing takes place as you sleep or simply automatically as your Light expands but cellular remembrance of intense and traumatic experiences must come to conscious awareness in order to be acknowledged and then cleared. For example those who have an inordinate fear of something like heights, dogs, water, etc. have at some time in the past or present had a negative experience or even suffered death through these things. The cells remember and in coordination with mind are trying to protect the person from doing it again.  

This does not mean that a person with a fear of heights must go to a high cliff and look over, it means that a person with some level of spiritual awareness can clear these old fears firstly by ceasing to identify with and claim the fear to be personal and secondly through understanding that fear does not exist in the reality of their being. Fear is old programming put in place for protection but old programming can be dissolved because it has no law to support or maintain it.

We are not saying that deeply held fears release easily, especially for those not yet awake to the deeper truths. Fears that have been carried through lifetimes often become a person's identity but at a certain point in everyone's evolutionary journey all remaining deeply ingrained fears must be acknowledged and cleared. For some this may require the help of a professional, but the main thing is to know and fully accept that fear never was or can become the person. Fear is always impersonal.

There are some who find satisfaction in maintaining their particular fear because it gets them attention and can be an excuse for doing or not doing certain things, however if you are reading these messages you are ready to or have already moved beyond that state of consciousness. Strive to be totally honest with yourselves because continuing to hold on to some fear or negative quality (even age) because it makes you special in some way will block further spiritual advancement. It represents separation.

​Remember, if you identify with any negative issues that come up for you it simply aligns you with that particular energy and then does indeed make it yours. Stand firm in knowing that all discord is the manifestation of the belief in two powers and separation and rejoice in knowing that you are spiritually prepared to move through the appearances. Never forget or doubt that the only qualities that are personal to you are those of Divine Consciousness. 

There are many in the world at this time whose soul purpose was to be on earth as a catalyst causing confusion and disarray that would in turn force those happy to continue living comfortable lives based in duality and separation toward actually thinking about and examining the status quo.

Trust. Trust. Trust. It is very important that all who have awakened, cease doubting and trust.  

Your Higher Self is you, not some far off entity hovering around and looking in on you occasionally. The Higher Self is that fragment of your Soul that has never forgotten conscious oneness. It knows you inside and out because it is YOU. Trust that it is always working to bring you experiences that will best serve your evolutionary process. Talk to your Higher Self.

Long ago, souls chose to experience separation and proceeded to get stuck in the resulting dense energies creating a collective consciousness based in two powers and separation which constitutes the third dimensional illusion. You chose to be on earth at this time in order to assist with the shifting of the collective out of this established density and into Light. You were spiritually awake before coming and knew you would be capable of assisting others out of the illusion. You also knew that these times would offer you a perfect opportunity to clear all remaining stored old energy. 

Never doubt that your true essence (not a human concept of you) is omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscient Divine Consciousness. You are not one with IT, you are IT.

Some believe that because God is omniscient God knows all about their problems and so they pray to this concept of God. If Divine Consciousness held within it problems, disease, lack, or limitation of any sort, these things would be permanent, held in place by Divine Law and no one would ever be able to heal or correct them. Divine Consciousness is infinitely aware only of ITself because IT is all that exists.

If God is Omnipotent and omnipresent, where would any other power come from? Does it not then make intelligent sense to make one's goal the attaining of a consciousness of oneness rather than continuing to seek solutions from within the illusion? 

Many are awakening--some with tiny steps that just question and others with giant leaps of consciousness. Much will begin to unfold as increasingly more awaken out the desire to hold onto beliefs that are quickly becoming obsolete. This is the grand shift that has been predicted for eons. You are in it because you chose to be in it.  

Present times offer a grand opportunity to once and for all clear and be free of old energies that may still hold you in bondage to some person, place, concept, or thing. Rejoice dear ones even as you witness a world that seems to be collapsing from the weight of its own density. These things must surface in order to be seen by the majority, otherwise they would just continue to remain out of sight where they could fester and explode into issues of pain and suffering. 

We would speak of happiness, that state of being that everyone seeks and which most believe exists in the outer scene from where it must somehow be attained. Finding the perfect partner, accumulating wealth, getting the perfect job, being physically beautiful or handsome are just a few of the numerous three dimensional concepts regarding what will bring happiness.  

Know that permanent happiness can never be found through attaining something in the outer scene because real happiness is already fully present within you waiting to be discovered. Happiness is the result of attaining a consciousness of oneness with Source which automatically constitutes oneness with all that Source is--wholeness, completeness, harmony, abundance etc,.

There will always be pairs of opposites in the the outer scene simply because third dimensional creations are formed from the energy of duality and separation. 

Source/God is complete and whole, always has been and always will be and that is all that the human mind is able to comprehend. It is only through attaining a state of consciousness in alignment with Divine Consciousness that a person is finally able to experience true happiness and cease the constant seeking. Many things can and do bring temporary happiness, but eventually their glamour fades for they are concepts of some deeper spiritual reality.

Until spiritual realization, the Real Self of every individual continues to yearn for recognition which is interpreted by the human mind as that search for happiness that everyone experiences. You are spiritually ready to stop seeking your happiness from the outer world dear ones. Enjoy your lives, friends, activities and whatever resonates with you. Laugh, have fun, dance, read good books, have a glass of wine with friends, and enjoy your life but do not expect these things to bring you the fullness of happiness or sense of completeness that is only found within. 

Release everything you may still believe to be necessary for your happiness. You may find that some of these things do appear after having attained a consciousness of oneness with Divine completeness. If that happens. those things you originally thought you had to have will be of a higher resonance, quality, and form because they will be formed of consciousness and not illusion.

Release all doubt and trust that your Higher Self knows what you need, when , and how to get it to you.

Welcome, dear readers.

We observe that as restrictions begin to lessen many expect their lives to pick up exactly where they left off before the period of isolation. Nothing can or will be exactly as it was for the energy of earth has and will continue to change. Allow the process dear ones.  

It is important to honestly examine your belief system and allow yourselves to recognize everything that you may still hold with regard to how things must be in order to be "right". Be open to change through understanding and accepting that the world has entered a new vibrational pattern which does not allow it to express exactly as it did previously.  

Listen to and trust your intuition fully, allowing it to guide you to new and previously unknown ways of living in a higher resonating world. It has become a time of fear for those who remain spiritually un-awakened because as their comfortable and familiar belief system begins to crumble they experience it as the loss of their foundation, one built on sand. 

Divine Consciousness is a permanent state of fulfillment. Divine consciousness never gives fulfillment to an individual, for Divine Consciousness holds nothing about the belief in separation or individuals as being separate from ITself. God is always fulfilling ITSelf as and through individuals.  

Individual expressions of Divine Consciousness experience fulfillment in accord with how open their consciousness is to receive it. A consciousness that is already filled with false beliefs of two powers, duality, and separation has no room through which Divine fulfillment can express.

It is time to ponder and evaluate the ordinary facets of your life. "Why do I struggle to maintain a job, relationship, way of life that feels finished? What beliefs drive me? Am I doing these things to please others? In the light of what I know, are these beliefs true or simply concepts I have accepted and feel comfortable holding on to? " The benefit of the time of confinement is that it provided an opportunity for individuals to ask themselves these questions which in turn has helped many move beyond old beliefs that were holding them in bondage.

Throughout all lifetimes the majority has comfortably accepted and lived from what they were led to believe was the "right way" or "truth" about everything most of which was based primarily in duality and separation. The third dimension is the lowest rung of a very high dimensional ladder dear ones, which is why most people are unable to easily speak with their Guides, teachers, and loved ones on the other side.  

Three dimensional energy does not align with the more refined Light energies of the higher dimensions. Many continue to believe that the higher dimensions do not exist because they can't see or hear them. Some who do believe in an afterlife continue to view it from narrow and false concepts of a "heaven" or "hell" awaiting everyone which in turn has provided a well used control tool for churches, parents, governments, etc. Never doubt that those living in the higher dimensions are alive and well, learning and evolving, and happy to be back home. 

Ghosts are individuals who are so completely aligned with three dimensional energy that even after the death of the physical body they remain fully aligned with it. It is their state of consciousness. Higher dimensional beings are always close by ready to assist but free will allows them to remain in their illusions as long as they choose. 

Those who incessantly mourn someone who has passed on by erecting altars, having seances, and consistently trying to make contact do no favor to themselves or the person they mourn because these actions only serve to keep both tied to what is finished and keeps the one who has passed from moving on.

There is, never has been, and never can be death. Could an omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscient God die?

As individuals evolve and grow spiritually, it becomes easier and more natural to communicate with Guides or even loved ones if contact is necessary. This is because as a person's energy becomes more refined, they automatically begin to align with the same energies in the higher dimensions.  

Never forget that you are not a human being with a consciousness but rather you are consciousness presently utilizing a material body as is necessary for living in the denser energy of earth.  

We observe hesitation on the part of many who are aware of their true nature but are unable to fully trust it because they believe that it never manifests as they expected, is unpredictable, and is thus not practical for every day living. Realize and remember that Consciousness is the substance of form, not an intellectual knowledge of truth. This is why the first stages of the spiritual journey do not seem to bring forth much fruitage.

Everyone has experiences that cause them to doubt what they have learned about themselves and God. It is part of the evolutionary process. Have no guilt, sorrow, or feelings of failure about it. Rest assured that Truth is a never changing reality but for humans used to living in third dimensional energy Truth must be held silently and sacredly within and practiced until through Grace it becomes an attained state of consciousness that can express outwardly. 

Trust that your Higher self is running the show and bringing to you that which you need. Once a person consciously or unconsciously decides to spiritually evolve, their journey begins with no going back. From then on experiences of both bad and good are based in learning, clearing, and moving more deeply into spiritual awareness. 

Try not to judge your life by outer appearances for experiences can get quite difficult on all levels as old stored energy from hundreds of past lives begins to surface in order to clear. Look for the lesson underlying all experiences for there always is one.  

It is important to set aside a particular time to state the intention to clear all oaths, promises, vows, or commitments made in this life and all past lives for they can bind you to their particular energy. Even lifetimes lived as a warrior can bind a person to the energy of oaths and promises made to always serve a leader, country, or cause to the death. Likewise, old vows of poverty can keep a person continuously struggling with abundance. Most vows, oaths, and promises of the past were appropriate at the time but as a person evolves they act as anchors and block the new. 

Over the course of living many lifetimes everyone has surrendered personal power to others be it some religion, person in power, husband, wife, child, or cause. Mankind has reached a place of spiritual readiness to reclaim the innate power they willingly and ignorantly, or forcibly surrendered to some person, place, cause, etc.  

The integration and balancing of the masculine and feminine energy fully present but often unrecognized in every person is a necessary component of reclaiming one's power as a Divine being. Those who ignore or resist opening themselves to the qualities of either gender will be presented with opportunities that force them to go deeper with regard to this.  

Everyone came to believe through experience and teachings in this or previous lifetimes that they were powerless. For many, powerlessness remains intact as their state of consciousness and continuing to manifest outwardly in every facet of their lives. The process of evolving beyond a consciousness of powerlessness often includes situations that seem to be problems but which in reality are experiences created by the Higher Self necessary for attaining personal empowerment. 

When a person reaches a place of "NO MORE!" the upper realms rejoice for it means the person has begun to break their bondage to some person, place, or thing outside of themselves freeing them from energies that they may have been carrying through many many lifetimes. 

Appearances are never what they seem to be according to three dimensional thinking. Three dimensional minds regardless of how educated or bright can only access what is already known in three dimensional collective consciousness simply because that is what they are in alignment with. Fresh new ideas can only flow from the Source of creativity--Divine Consciousness. 

Great artists do not seek new ideas from what already exists in the three dimensional collective but look within where creativity exists. Often without conscious awareness of what they were doing, the great artists and creators of every age pondered and silently listened, opening a path through which new ideas for music, art, dance, medicine, learning etc. could flow.  

Once a new idea is brought forth from the Source of creativity within, it then becomes a part of the collective and available to others. This is why it often happens that two people will invent the same thing at the same time and is also why every truth you know and integrate serves to lift and add Light to collective consciousness.  

You are living in powerful times and all is proceeding according to plan.

Welcome, dear readers.

It is plain for all to see that the world is filled with change, chaos, and confusion but in spite of it, the old familiar ways of dealing with these issues die hard. Commonly accepted solutions of the past remain ingrained in the collective belief system and continue to influence those in positions of power even as they fail in the presence of a rising consciousness on earth.

New and higher frequencies simply cannot be made to fit into molds created to accommodate the denser energies of duality and separation. As the energetic frequencies of earth rise, ideas and beliefs still in alignment with the old will not be in alignment with the new unfolding belief system. This lack of alignment will cause many "tried and true" ways of resolving issues to fail simply because the substance (energy) that has sustained them in the past will no longer exist. 

Never forget that consciousness the substance of form and the unfolding spiritual awareness of increasingly more individuals will serve to automatically bring about new and higher forms of everything in all areas of life on earth. 

Recognize and resist the temptation to recreate something in your life that feels complete or finished even if it was a happy period of your life. Follow your inner guidance with courage when it tells you that it is time to "move on" for often the pressure to recreate or keep something going that is finished comes from others-- friends, family, or even some religious group. 

There are some who thrive on the glories of the past, reliving them to self and others while seeking to keep them alive through groups, clubs, and periodicals that focus on the particular time or events being glorified. This statement is not meant to denigrate the bravery or fruitful experiences of the past which will always be with you, but is to help you understand that living in the past is a backward step dear ones, regardless of how seemingly better the old days may seem in comparison with today.  

Evolution is the ongoing journey every soul makes through the good and not so good experiences of many lifetimes in order to finally reach a point at which they are ready to awaken into a realization of Oneness. Spiritual evolution can never be controlled, stopped, or governed by human thinking no matter how seeming better or worse the experiences of some earlier time were.

Be patient with the process dear ones, for the new can not appear overnight. That which is well established in the human belief system can only gradually dissolve, being met with resistance and fear by those comfortable with the status quo. There are many who continue to rely on three dimensional or religious opinions and beliefs about life regardless of how painful their personal situation may have become. This is particularly true with regard to relationships. 

You have reached a place of spiritual readiness enabling you to stand back as a beholder rather than someone constantly struggling to heal, change, or fix self and others with outgrown tools. This does not mean you will never again be guided to use ordinary methods to alleviate the suffering of someone, but means that while doing it you remain aware that in the reality of ONE nothing needs healing, changing, or fixing. 

Many of you have or soon will attain a spiritual level that is ready to accept and integrate the fact that all qualities embodied in God/Source/ I AM, are and always have been fully present within you. Seeking Divine qualities (completeness, wholeness, harmony, abundance, intelligence etc.) outside of Self rather than from within where they exist in their fullness is the result of the belief in two powers that brought about the duality and separation that constitutes third dimensional energy. 

This does not mean that serious spiritual students must never take the human footsteps that may assist him at some point, but does mean that the footsteps are taken with spiritual awareness and trusting intuition as to when they are no longer needed .

Creations formed out of three dimensional beliefs, rituals, and concepts, will always contain elements of duality and separation that result in the creation being sometimes successful and sometimes not. This is why so often sincere hard work and dreams fail, having been created from energies based in duality and separation which is all that is available to the unaware. 

When you go within and allow yourself to rest in the reality of YOU, you open the door to all that the real YOU is. Never forget that your oneness with Source automatically constitutes your oneness with all that Source is. Meditation is a silent listening for the "still, small voice" which you may or may not actually "hear" because this is not the goal of meditation. There may come a "knowing" about something rather than words. It is an individual's intention to align, listen, and rest in an awareness of oneness that is important. 

You never need to tell IT what you need or want because IT is YOU. Using meditation as a time to relate a list of wants and needs indicates a belief in separation. Everything you have been seeking, is already fully present because IT IS YOU, not the human concept of you, but the real YOU-- Divine Consciousnesses individualized.  

Meditation is a silent resting in the awareness of your completeness and no words or thoughts are needed. Thoughts of all kinds will come floating by but do not resist or make a power out of them. Simply allow these thoughts to drift through and back out again without focusing on them while you rest in Oneness.

Ponder and practice every truth you become aware of until it shifts from being intellectual knowledge to being your state of consciousness. Many of the ordinary problems and the issues of daily living will begin to automatically fade out of your experience without you even noticing as you live each day silently resting in and aligning with the reality of your own Divine Self-hood. 

Consciousness is the substance of form, because Consciousness is all that exists, IT is omnipresent. Every person's state of consciousness (the ONE Divine consciousness individualized), manifests as their life and experiences. If a person's consciousness is filled with beliefs of duality and separation then that is what they will create. You are creators because you are God beings having a human experience. 

In the presence of realized truth (not intellectual knowledge, not words in a book, not some repeated mantra) the unreal simply does not/cannot exist and will create forms that reflect the substance of pure Divine Consciousness.

Those of you that align with these messages or any mystical teachings of oneness are ready, beyond ready, to allow meditation to be what it is meant to be, conscious alignment with the already fully present I AM that you are. Many of you have been knowing the truth and meditating for a long time but continue to think of yourselves as separate from IT and spend meditation periods seeking it. There comes a point where each must accept that they already ARE IT in order to BE IT.  

Go within often not to speak, try to create, force something to happen, or to seek some perceived outcome, but rather to simply align with IT. Do not attempt to understand what IT is for the human mind is incapable of comprehending IT. Many try and many think they have succeeded, but the Infinite can never be understood by the finite so don't try. When you are ready IT will reveal ITSELF to you.

Mediation can never bring something to you that is not already fully present within YOU. The time has arrived for every serious spiritual student to accept that they already are IT and that meditation is simply time set aside to rest in this awareness until at some point meditation becomes a permanent state of consciousness and is simply lived.  

Withdraw from today's constant barrage of news and human opinions. It does not mean you cannot be informed, but rather means that you no longer choose to watch, listen, or engage 24/7 in the illusions of the three dimensional world. Doing this constitutes a giant step for those accustomed to staying informed and giving opinions on everything happening in the three dimensional world.  

When you align physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually with the good and evil of the world, you give power and reality to appearances which are manifestations of false beliefs with no real law to support them or hold them in place. When you make something a power you give it substance because energy is what maintains and sustains form. Every "war" launched on some disease, situation, or belief simply serves to create more of it, not less.

Begin to translate all appearances into the reality that underlies them. (War--oneness misinterpreted through beliefs of separation) Observe and do not deny the outer scene, but translate it through the realization that God never has, never will, and never can express ITself as war, disease, pain, lack. etc. 

Trust, relax, and allow through realizing that you never need to inform the Infinite intelligence of your very own SELF what you need because your conscious alignment with IT will automatically express outwardly in ways that represent wholeness and completeness for you.  

Listen and rest within often in the realization that IT is always fully conscious of ITself as YOU.

Welcome dear readers of the Arcturian Group Messages. We see your light and that of many others around the world expanding as you traverse your way through personal and global debris and into new levels of awareness.

The world is changing but you are not yet able to see it as densities of the past continue to surface and overshadow everything. Your job is to allow the process dear ones, trusting that much is happening that you are not yet aware of. All is proceeding according to plan.

We know that some of you are beginning to feel that these messages and others that you have loved and relied on for guidance, no longer speak to you as they once did. Rejoice, for the end goal of any real spiritual teaching is to bring the student to where they no longer need the outer teacher because they have reached a level of consciousness able to access information, guidance, and spiritual instruction from within, where it exists in infinite pure form. 

Teachings, traditions, and religions that do not allow followers to grow beyond further need for them are not true teachings. High resonating truth teachings will always offer freedom and empowerment, never bondage. Allow yourselves to move and grow beyond what may have once been your highest reality even if you meet with resistance from those still in alignment with that which you have now grown beyond. Evolution is an ongoing infinite process.

When a spiritual truth jumps out at you from an article, channel, book, or simply presents itself in thought and deeply resonates with you, it means you are prepared to integrate it into consciousness. Take the Divine Idea into meditation, pondering it, chewing it, and exploring three dimensional concepts versus the reality. Ponder how it influences the world on all levels. You will discover that when your intention is to more deeply understand some truth, it will unfold and reveal ITself to you. This is how you are taught from within. 

If parts of these or other messages have begun to feel old to you, it probably means that you have integrated the teachings into your consciousness and they have become you. If you haven't already, you will soon find that many favorite channelings, books, groups, classes etc., that you loved and looked to for spiritual information and guidance have begun to feel boring.  

This is how spiritual growth is supposed to work. It means that you have reached a level of awareness capable of receiving directly rather than through another person or thing outside of self. Rejoice when this happens, for it is what you have been seeking. 

Occasionally this level is resisted by a truth student because it frightens them. They enjoy being a seekers and want to continue doing all the things they familiar with. There is a camaraderie with other seekers and is what they are used to. It is comfortable because as a seeker, the responsibility is on others. As a finder it is on self.

Most who are awakened at this time are a combination of seeker and finder which is the way it usually works, but it is important to allow the finder part of self to grow and mature. Accepting that you are a finder enables you to love yourself more fully and reclaim the power you innocently gave away and may still be giving away to others. Finders live in the world but are not of it.

The energy of transformation has arrived and all is proceeding according to plan. The energy that you are presently witnessing as violence and pain represent the exposure and dissolution of outer effects formed from energies of duality, separation, and the belief in two powers.  

All that exists is Divine Consciousness, pure Light. Everything is in and of this Light. Your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies are not separate parts of you but are rather facets of your one and only body which is pure Light. Begin to see yourself and others as Light. Let go of the need, obligation, and struggle to heal, change, and correct everything and everybody and begin to acknowledge the presence of their Light instead.  

You are frequently told to "send light" to someone in need. Now take this to the next level and instead of sending Light, "see" and acknowledge IT as already present. Greet every stranger, answer every phone call, observe those you see on television or in the news with an awareness of their ever present Light hidden to human eyes.  

Living from this level does not mean you cannot offer practical guidance if asked nor does it mean you must never again seek help of some sort like going to a doctor. Becoming intellectually aware of absolute truth does not mean that from then on you must rigidly cling to it. Many serious spiritual students make the mistake of trying to live some absolute truth they have learned before it has become their state of consciousness.  

Because earth is a planet of time and space, intellectually known truth needs time to grow and strengthen through contemplation and practice before a full integration of it can take place. The spiritual evolutionary process begins as gradual awareness and intellectual knowledge but must be lived and fully integrated before becoming one's attained state of consciousness. When the world was very dense, this process took many lifetimes but in the higher resonance of today, it is happening more quickly.

It is important that you allow your evolutionary process to unfold without trying to define, guide, or influence it other than with trust. Most of you were trained to govern your spiritual life with guidelines and rules learned in other lifetimes, in convents, monasteries, and ashrams etc. Many of you were serious students in the ancient Egyptian schools and still carry the influences of those lives. Now let it all go allowing each day to bring what you need on whatever level is necessary in order to awaken more fully. 

Do not feel guilty if you are guided to see a doctor or spiritual teacher/adviser. Help is provided on all levels of awareness and none is lesser than another if done with love and service. Like everything else, it is a matter of energetic alignment. If your consciousness is more in alignment with standard medicine, then go with it. If you are in alignment with holistic medicine, go with that. If you have attained a level of conscious awareness of oneness with completeness, allow that to unfold as your health and well being.  

Resistance that is based in the belief that you must hold fast to some absolute truth in spite of not yet having attained the consciousness of it, will actually act as a block because it gives reality and power to the very issue you are seeking to move beyond. Go within and seek guidance on these issues and never believe that you have spiritually failed if you decide to seek some assistance that resonates with you. 

It is impossible to go spiritually backward to levels you have outgrown for evolution is an ongoing journey of awakening not governed or influenced by concepts of human thinking. Allow your intuition to guide you toward those things that are in alignment with your present state of consciousness.  

Pretending a state of consciousness not yet attained, is a three dimensional activity and does not serve or fool those around the person doing it. This is easily observed in many world "leaders", politicians hoping to be elected, those seeking to be famous, and many who are desperate for the recognition and love they believe to be outside of them. 

Truth is a seed that must silently and secretly rest and be allowed to grow strong in the safety of your heart where it is protected from doubters and those who would take it from you until it can germinate and express in, as, and through you. You will know when a truth has become your state of consciousness for it simply becomes you, your automatic awareness and response in all situations.  

Allow yourselves to grow and expand in ways that are highest and best for you never doubting that you are always being guided and directed by your Higher Self that knows where you need to be, how to get you there, and when. This is how you unfold into knowing and loving self as SELF.  

Accept that your journey may be nothing like that of others in the realization that all paths, regardless of how bizarre or twisted they may appear to human thinking, eventually lead to the spiritual realization of ONE. (Ascension) It cannot be otherwise because it is what you already are -- Divine Beings in disguise.

Greetings, dear readers.  

Confusion and sadness continue to be a large part of daily living for many but it is important to not judge by appearances. The many current situations of violence and strife represent a surfacing of old and dense energies based in separation that have long lain buried and silent both personally and collectively.

The presence of high resonating Light now streaming to earth is exposing and allowing these old pockets of dense energy to reactivate. Those with a state of consciousness in alignment with these energies then feel encouraged and empowered to act them out. 

Some of the violence now taking place is a result of the manipulation of information by those intent upon keeping mankind locked into the bondage and control that has allowed them to live rich and powerful lives.  

For many, problems and discord are necessary components of their awakening. Commonly accepted ideas, practices, and beliefs that result in fear and trepidation for others are beginning to be seen in a new way by increasingly more individuals. Previously closed minds are beginning to open to understand that there are better, higher ways of doing things and that many of the "old ways" are no longer acceptable. These insights represent a crack of Light in the dark that will eventually expand and become a part of the collective. 

Trust that all is proceeding according to plan. Stand back and bear witness to reality in all circumstances through holding the truth of One Power and knowing that this One Power does not and cannot express as fear, anger, violence, suffering, war, etc., regardless of how scary or powerful the appearances may be. Remember always that One cannot war against ITself.

That One Power is who and what you are, not in your human hood, but in the reality, true essence, soul of you. It is the reason spiritual masters throughout time have guided seekers to look within rather than continuing to look outside of themselves for solutions on all levels. 

All answers lie within not because there is some sort of magic book inside, but because your oneness with Source automatically constitutes your oneness with all that Source is--harmony, wholeness, completeness, intelligence, abundance, ad infinitum. The true essence of every person is and always has been self sustaining, self maintaining Divine Consciousness. However, most are not yet aware of or even open to the idea of Oneness with God. The master Jesus was crucified for attempting to give this very truth to the people of his time. 

Once an individual has attained a consciousness of their oneness with Source, the inherit qualities of Divine Consciousness automatically begin to express simply because consciousness is the substance of form. Many know this intellectually, but choose to continue believing that living truth is an impossible goal, not practical, and "works" only for those more spiritually evolved. But... YOU ARE THEM.

For example; a consciousness of oneness with Divine harmony allows it to express as harmony in ways that are personal to each individual. Every person expresses their state of consciousnesses. Harmony for one person may mean something completely different than it does for someone else. Harmony for one may mean family issues resolving peacefully and without effort. For another, it may simply be their daily work schedule falling into place easily. Consciousness never ceases expressing ITself. 

Daily living for someone who has attained conscious oneness with Source, becomes easier because the harmony, peace, abundance etc. that flows from Source far outweighs any concepts of harmony, peace, abundance etc. formed through the three dimensional mind. Three dimensional mind creations are always and can only be limited, drawing information from the collective through filters of duality and separation.​ However, it is very important to know and accept the difference between needs and wants for self as well as for others. 

Everything humans seek is already fully embodied in consciousness by virtue of there being only One Consciousness--Divine Consciousness. However, most do not yet know this, as so continue seeking everything they believe they need from people, places, and conditions outside of themselves while believing that material issues and things are separate from the spiritual. Spiritual is and could never exist separate from the material because material is simply a concept, a three dimensional mind interpretation of the spiritual reality.  

Even the very simplest of needs are met when one attains a consciousness of ONEness. The completeness and wholeness of Divine Consciousness will express ITself as what is needed according to the understanding of the individual. A mechanic will not find that new ideas for performing surgery flow into his consciousness and the surgeon will not receive information about how to fix an engine unless that is the need of the moment, and then he will.  

Omnipresence--forms of transportation, Omniscience--getting right answers and solutions, Omnipotence--empowerment and strength to make decisions and live. An infinity of all good is the reality just waiting to be recognized.

Ceremonies, mantras, practices, or anything meant to bring some desired outcome are in reality a form of idolatry. These practices are fine for beginners new to learning about energy, but if you understand these messages you are long past that point in your journey. 

Many hold themselves back by continuing to hold onto old religious teachings about what constitutes spirituality. No one person's journey is exactly like another because everyone has had individual experiences throughout their many lifetimes which have resulted in the need for different lessons and goals. To believe that you must live or suffer exactly like some "saint" or famous "holy person" in order to be closer to God serves only to prevent you from finding your own spirituality.  

Energy was studied in the mystery schools of long ago, but some at that time were not of a high state of consciousness and discovered that they could manipulate and use what they learned selfishly. This is how the "black arts" began and continue for a few. Never fear these things for lower energy can never effect the higher unless it is given power to do so through fear and a belief in its reality.  

You may feel content with life, going along enjoying harmony and wholeness when suddenly you find that something very inharmonious has entered your life. This does not mean that you have somehow failed but rather that your realization of harmony as your own consciousness is automatically clearing everything not in alignment with it. Never claim a problem or difficulty as personally yours for this will make it yours. All error on all levels is and can only ever be impersonal belief.

The Higher Self of every individual directs their spiritual evolution but free will and human ego can temporarily block it. Because the human ego is rooted in beliefs of separation, it is often afraid, anxious, and unable to trust that there is order in a world that presents itself through experiences of duality and separation. Most humans feel separate from their good simply because it is what they believe, it is their state of consciousness. Remember, you are creators forming your outer from your inner.  

Many of you are fully prepared to move beyond duality and separation but any remaining pockets of low vibrational energy stored from lifetimes lived in low resonating energy must first clear in order to be replaced with frequencies of Light. This ascension process if different than it has ever been, because you are doing it while still utilizing a physical body. The mind does not always know what is actually happening with the clearing and integration process and translates it as pain or error. (ascension symptoms). Trust that all is proceeding according to plan even if it doesn't feel or look how you expected it to feel or look.  

Once an individual consciously or unconsciously chooses to spiritually evolve, they cannot go back to their previous state of consciousness. Life experiences now become facets of their spiritual learning process. Making the free will choice to evolve shifts a person out of the level of "chance and accidents" that those living fully in the three dimensional belief system experience but if this choice was made on an unconscious level, the human mind will often attempt to block it, leaving the person wondering why they seem to experience so many "life lessons".

You have reached a spiritual point at which outgrown beliefs of the past must be allowed to fall away in order to live from a new and higher level. This facet of the journey is often difficult because you have become accustomed living life from the three dimensional principles that were taught you from childhood and have served you well. Let intuition guide you in all matters as some of the "old ways" are valid. 

Televisions, phones, advertisers, books, etc. shout out 24/7 "This is how to become successful, rich, beautiful, popular, strong, smart etc." and in ignorance at one time or another, almost everyone believes it. Even after awakening to truth, these concepts have a way of working themselves into and remaining in consciousness because they dominate collective thinking. Stay alert to what you allow into your consciousness and do not feel guilty if you occasionally slip into old programming. Evolution is a process.

You cannot fail even if it takes time for you to fully accept some truths. Simply keep yourself open and fluid. Love allows everyone to unfold at the pace that is highest and best for them. Some will grasp these principles and run with them while others may need time to ponder for a bit but the spiritual evolutionary journey of every soul toward the realization of ONEness never ceases.  

Limit news watching, seek quiet when you can. Meditate often but not in the old structured and rigid ways many of you were taught as beginners. Let meditation become a silent, sacred, and secret resting in truth while walking in nature, behind your desk at work, simply doing dishes, sitting in your favorite chair, or even in the midst of chaos.  

The whole reason you are on earth at this time is to remember who you are and then help others to do the same. It is a process that can be painful and scary at times but you have learned how to reinterpret appearances. 

The head of a flying arrow feels the heat. You the fully awakened ones, constitute the first wave, the head of an evolutionary arrow.

Dear readers, we along with many from the higher dimensions, are working to assist, remind, and help the people of earth understand that something profound is taking place that far exceeds appearances and the understanding of most.

Fear and separation will always be present in the third dimension regardless of how many "wars against" something take place because third dimensional energy consists of the belief in two powers which will always express as duality and separation. Remember, consciousness is the substance of form because consciousness is all that exists.  

Personally and globally, mind automatically draws from consciousness to form the material. Mind is matter. Over time the masters have taught that the world is illusion but this has been not been correctly understood by most. The world is not illusion, it is a perfect spiritual expression of Source. It is the false hypnotized sense of the spiritual universe that constitutes the illusion.

You have outgrown third dimensional living. You would not be reading or even understanding these messages if you were still fully in third dimensional consciousness. This can make being around family, friends, employers, and so called experts who are fully enmeshed in third dimensional energy, difficult. There will be times when you must "play the game" but by silently holding the truth in every situation, you bring Light to it.

Over the course of many, many lifetimes, everyone has experienced fear, loss, torture, and occasionally happiness. You have experienced both poverty and wealth, disease and health, killed and been killed. You were both peacemaker and war monger. You were taught that you were better and more valuable than others and acted accordingly but then returned to experience lives in which you were considered to be and treated as worthless.  

Religions have and continue to teach that everyone is born tainted with sin until "saved" through certain three dimensional actions, words, or ceremonies.

Many and varied experiences constitute everyone's journey to realization. Even the smallest life experiences expand awareness and become one's state of consciousness. Everyone is at their own unique place along the journey toward realization so the negative experiences that you may lovingly want to remove from another, may very well be the very experiences the person needs and chose pre-birth for spiritual growth.

This never means ignoring suffering while shouting "It's just illusion.". Rather it means that you do what you are intuitively guided to do, while keeping in mind that something more than what outer appearances would indicate is taking place. Always allow your intuition to guide you in these matters because for some, the experience of total failure may be an integral part of their soul plan. Always honor the free will of others even when you can easily see a better way.

You are prepared to move beyond old three dimensional ways of learning and no longer need experiences of pain and suffering in order to learn what you are ready to learn. However, old painful experiences of the past often form pockets of dense energy that are carried with you for long periods of time. You have paid your dues, learned, evolved, and are ready to move into spiritual empowerment if you choose, but for most it includes a period of releasing and clearing remaining pockets of old energy.  

Spiritual empowerment brings a sense of freedom not experienced when living as a three dimensional human. It the ability to accept or reject without fear, news facts, societal beliefs of right and wrong, religious doctrine, etc. along with the hundreds of other concepts believed to be truth that have been imposed upon mankind. It is freedom from actions that arise solely from obligation, guilt, or because others consider it your "duty".  

Freedom is letting go of concepts that assign certain jobs, characteristics, and "duties" to one gender or the other. It is knowing that it is ok choose who to love or be with in partnership and to stop warring with people simply because their beliefs may be different. It is the freedom to choose your life, beliefs, and actions through the realization that you are not a powerless human who must please some old man in the sky.

Spiritual freedom is not license to do whatever one feels like doing at the expense of another but rather allows one to take empowered actions with love.  

You have done the work and are prepared to fully embrace that there is only ONE and therefore because there is nothing else, you can only be of that ONE. No more dancing around truth, by continuing with classes, rituals, and ceremonies designed to get the attention of a God separate from you.  

Most of you have done these things and they were an important and necessary facets of your journey. They helped you evolve to where you are now, but you no longer need the metaphysical tools. You have reached the place where you know that YOU ALREADY ARE that which you were seeking through them and until you can truly accept this, you remain in the energy of duality and separation. 

There is much yet to come, dear ones. These are the times of tremendous change that you hoped, prayed, and longed for even though it may not seem that way or be what you were expecting. The increasing presence and integration of high resonating energy is affecting the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies of all--those who understand what is going on as well as those who do not.  

People are experiencing aches and pains in the physical that often come and go. For many, deep and painful emotions are surfacing seemingly from nowhere. Mentally, the whole world is beginning to examine and evaluate personal and global belief systems that no longer seem to be working.

Because the increasing presence of high frequency energy on earth is exposing dense energies that have lain hidden and dormant through lifetimes, some of those living fully in three dimensional energy are acting out with violence and negative actions. This is because as long buried, denied, or held in check energies surface, those of that state of consciousness can easily align with them. They are not always aware of the impact of their actions because the denser energies feel new and valid to them. 

Most people are unable to see their guides , higher dimensional beings, or deceased friends and relatives because the higher resonating energy of the higher dimensions is invisible to most physical eyes. Some have carried the ability to see higher dimensional energy with them into this lifetime but psychic does not always mean spiritual. Be alert to what you accept as truth just because someone who has psychic gifts says it. Always trust your intuition.

You begin to align with the higher dimensional energies as your personal energy becomes higher and lighter through spiritual growth. Meditation becomes a living moving way of life rather than a separate part of your day and you may find yourself increasingly seeking out quiet and solitude rather than the noisy activities you once enjoyed. 

Allow the process to unfold without personal intervention in the belief that you must personally (ego) manage and control everything in order for it to be right according to some concept of spirituality. Everyone's journey and experiences are different. Begin to truly accept that you are a Divine Being on earth to bring in and hold the Light of transformation for a world that is mostly unaware that it is in the process of shifting to a higher dimensional energy level.  

Be patient and trust that all is proceeding according to plan in the knowledge that things simply cannot change in a minute. The reality of Divine perfection is and has always been fully present, but the collective majority must attain a certain level of awareness before it can be understood or experienced. For the most part collective consciousness is still asleep, but each day more awaken and begin to understand that something is taking place other than what the news is reporting.  

Most news sources believe what they are reporting because it is what they have been told to report. Become intuitively selective as to what you accept into consciousness as truth. Your ability to do this is why you were one of those chosen to be on earth at this time. Not everyone who wanted to come was allowed to come. Your strength and spiritual gifts were considerations as to who would be on earth during these times. 

Present times are not about a virus, politics, or obsolete rules and traditions. These things are simply facets of the process of a three dimensional planet shifting to a higher dimensional one through the collective spiritual evolution of mankind.  

Do not attempt to keep what is old and finished personally or globally alive regardless of how pleasant it may of been. Letting go of those parts of your life that are finished need not mean "taking a stand" with regard to friends and family. Rather simply allow it to be the silent secret living of your highest sense of truth as you go about the day doing seemingly ordinary things. 

No one needs to know what is going on within you, this is between you and your Higher Self. Those receptive may feel your energy and be drawn to you seeking what it is you know or have. Strangers may start asking questions or seeking guidance from you and this is when spiritual discernment becomes very important. 

Always serve those (strangers or friends) who come to you for advice from a level of compassion and not sympathy. Sympathy ( "Poor you, I feel your pain.") will cause you to align with the other person's energy whereas in compassion you remain empowered in your own energy. Alignment with energy that is denser than yours will leave you feeling drained and confused. This is especially important for those who work in fields of guidance.

Know that rather than life becoming easier, life may become more difficult after making the choice to embrace and live truth. This is because in choosing to evolve, you give permission for the opening of the inner doors you ignorantly built for yourself over lifetimes. These doors have acted as blocks to spiritual awareness and must be removed. Opening them allows the release of everything behind them--all that is old, finished, and in need of clearing.  

Ordinary life for an already awake and aware person may fall completely apart physically, emotionally and mentally and spiritually. Often they come to a point at which they simply want to go back to where they had no knowledge of truth and where life seemed much simpler and easier. However, once the door blocking some facet of awareness a person is now ready to understand is opened, it does not close. 

Try to remember that if struggle and failure appear seemingly out of nowhere when you thought your spiritual journey was flowing along just fine, it actually represents a graduation, a shift away from, the clearing of false beliefs now manifesting outwardly that you would not otherwise be aware of.

A person can never return to their old state of consciousness because Divine Consciousness is the reality, all that exists, and thus any small crack through which it can express will remain. The shadow cannot remake itself in the presence of Light.  

Spiritual evolution is the journey of fully opening every door and window, removing every barrier, and lifting every self protecting shield ever created to stop pain but which in reality served only to hide self from SELF.  

Allow the reality of who and what you are to once again shine in ITs full glory and expression.
